I loved the concept of "Hostkeyper". Gonna spred the word to the turno gang haha. But seriously tho... It's important to make this clear to the host too, as they sometimes expect you to do commercial cleaning jobs for the price of a residential cleaning.

Hey I’m a new cleaning business. We usually do domestic cleans but now expanding to air bnb. I have got my first Airbnb client however I’m not sure if we have to provide towels and linen etc?
Also do you make contracts with air bnb host to be their cleaner ?

Hi Rishan, you can do whatever you want with what you provide with your services, you just have to decide if it is something you can handle in your day to day processes. You can always add it later, but focus on what your clients want and need.
We dont have contracts with everyone, the people that have it wanted it. I want my clients to be free to leave and use someone else if they want to, they always come back because our promise is in the quality of our service.
