@bigbankz Thanks for making this. I worked on this show and have many fond memories of my time back in there, lots and lots of NIGHTS. The church is in the best condition as it was built as the tornado shelter incase we got hit which there was some close calls. Its sad to see it in such decay but glad that you got to experience it!
I worked on this show and it’s fascinating/heartbreaking to see what it looks like now. So many wonderful memories from this time. I wish you could have experienced it in its prime. It was even more amazing when it was a fully functioning town.
Loved seeing this abandoned set...I first thought you were showing the set from Salems Lot which was filmed way back...I never heard of this Show before, but recognized one of the actors in the clip.
Having worked the show all 3 years that is not "deep in the woods"and is but a short drive South of Shreveport.. If you walked 2 miles you made a bunch of wrong turns.
@@richardperry9478 thanks!!! That's what is abandoned building Hunters to do to get our photography and videos but thank you for your concern have a wonderful day
I would love to find a real abandoned town like that and not just a movie set. We actually did once in Montana which was very awesome. I think it was an old mining town.
Looking at a map, 2 miles seems too far that y'all walked. Where did you park? I see the two closest homes and roads to the set; I assume you didn't talk to them or anything? I am looking to go soon as well. Hopefully something is still there after 3 years.
@BigBankz might not be anything but did someone else see a head in the church door while he was talking before he started looking at the place???? 1:30
Hey there! I live in the area and would love to visit this place! Does anyone have any leads on how to contact the property owner? I would totally like to have permission and assure them that no damage would be done.
This is literally in my backyard . Cool to see but the landowner will absolutely have you arrested for trespassing . Just a heads up for future reference
So we spent forever trying to get to this today. We are from Shreveport so it's not far. We could not figure out how to get to it. We were around it but couldn't figure it out. Could you help? Where did yall park and start walking from?
This video would be more effective if the narrator would expand his vocabulary a little. In what sense are abandoned movie sets "insane" or "crazy?" They might be called unnerving, creepy etc... since they look 400 years older than they are. But insane? No. Ditch the 8th grade presentation & you'll get more views.
I worked on that show thanks for the memories! ✌🏾
Lucky lol. One of my fav shows of all time

Dalys Cordero it must’ve been an amazing experience!
That was such a good show, it sucks they didn't do more seasons
Talking about being the only one at 1:30 and there’s a head in the window behind him 😅
Imagine stumbling across this not knowing it’s a movie set

It’s amazing how y’all respond the building. That church would be awesome to see.

The building with the closed sign was the brothel.

😂😂😂
how far did you walk?
A really long ways 😂
Where is this place? I live in Louisiana and would like to visit.
Actually this set is located in my hometown, Grand Cane, Louisiana. The other scenes were filmed in a soundstage in Shreveport, Louisiana
@Anarchist CA137 Its on Private property so they probably had to sneak in hence the 2 Mile hike. The village sits back about 3/4 Mile from the road
Resident Evil 4
what a cool place this would be to LARP lol
I 28 to 130 what walked behind u in that window
It was my friend! Lol
Where is the village located? Thank you.
Why are you whispering???
I wish I knew haha
Do you permission to go to it and walk around or what.

Pelicanus i say it’s insane in the sense I’ve never seen a place like it. Also what I say in the video has nothing to do with getting more views.
Why you acting like a bitch hater. Let this man do his thing in peace.
