@@GuvernorDave yeah could be but also his reaction tells me it wasn't. If it was editing then he would have become more and more desensitized to the trick after getting more and more close calls.
That and as the other person said, practice. He has been playing trackmania for a while now.

A zeppelin, a cacti, and a bunch of signboards, it's basically a zrt map.
Edit: In fact I hadn't noticed, but there's an ngolo cactus after the engine off block. Trackmania map making with democracy is basically just making zrt maps.
Despite the chaotic nature, which some may refer to as "anarchy", this is a prime example of democracy. 1421 people all in one editor session, placing blocks as they please would be actual anarchy. Nice project nevertheless!

Truly anarchist map would be planned based on common consensus in all decisions. The group might implement a voting system of their choice, given each individual freely chose to participate under such rules.
