@@brodytaylor2020 yes. As far as I’m aware that’s the original of the Poly Tour line. I love that string but would be curious to see if I could find something with just a touch more spin. I’m noticing a new product out called poly tour drive soft. Can’t really find much info anywhere I’m very curious.
Gotcha. Poly tour drive soft is a relatively newer string from Yonex so that's why you may not have been able to find much about it yet. Depending on what gauge of Polytour Pro you are using, you might be able to get away with a thinner version of the string which will help give you the touch more spin you are looking for
I can definitely see that from playing with it. I think I got a little bit more life out of mine but I can definitely tell the drop off from when I first strung my racquet with Rev
@@brodytaylor2020 I mean this is general problem with prob. 80% of co-polys on the market. They play great for the first few hours, but then drop off a cliff...
@@brodytaylor2020 Yes, but most of these strings that hold tension well are really stiff and uncomfortable... Lynx Tour, 4G, Tour M8 are very demanding strings...
Agreed. What’s your opinion on Tecnifibre Triax for tension maintenance? I haven’t got to use it myself yet but have had a few people talk to me about it so far
Your videos are informative but lack hitting footage to convince the audience. We all know different levels of the players react to strings and racquets differently, it would be nice to know your level of play and what type of player you are, so the viewers know if your opinions apply to them or not.
Thank you for the feedback! Having the hitting footage does help people to understand if what I am saying does apply to them and I have had some videos with that in the past. My phone does not have enough storage on it to record and keep both the hitting and the actual video itself so that is why I’ve opted to post without any on court shots
Would be interested in an overview of all the Yonex strings in the poly tour line. A lot of reviews online but with a lot of conflicting opinions...
It may take me some time to playtest all of them but I can definitely do that
Thanks for video. What’s Yonex closest in comfort and feel to Traditional Pro, but with just a tad bit more spin?
When you say Traditional Pro are you referring to Polytour Pro? I just want to make sure that I understand the question

I would like to see a review of Tour Bite and Tour Bite Soft
Noted!
It's a good string, for like 3-4 hours. After that it feels dead and unresponsive with lack of control....

Yeah, luckily like you said there are some out there that can keep tension longer so that people feel better about paying to use a polyester

Not really stiff due to dampening tech. Also muted.
Your too 5 strings ?
