Funke Akindele’s growth is amazing. She was my favorite character in “I need to know”. I loved the chemistry between she and her mum on that show and I learned a lot. It’s amazing how she grew consistently into greater things. “Put you first” is a great idea especially in this selfish time and age.

Toke… even before you started talking about giving people their followers around the 16th minute, I was already thinking about how great the interview (chat) was going and all your seques, follow-up questions etc.
I tell anyone who cares to know that you are my role model and one of the best female hosts around - you can handle any crowd.
I remember the first time I saw you - on an ebony life show with two moments with mo anchors at the time.
I loved you then and I’ve been inspired by you ever since. I know you know, but even if no one tells you (which is quite impossible, they must) you are one of the greatest to ever do it. 👏🏾
I used to host shows on Click Naija (on TH-cam) and you were my inspiration every time. I’m still watching the interview, but I have to say it’s a hit, as with everything you do.
