When we were young and confident men we used to work on cars and then go on dates with the ladies half the time with grease stains on our jeans and boots. It made absolutely no difference then and it makes no difference now. What matters is how you hold yourself in a conversation and whether you are confident and funny. It used to take several years for guys to develop the skills naturally now you have TH-cam, but it’s a double edge sword because you can’t fake it because the ladies will notice and once they notice, then they’re gonna start noticing your all the other stuff that’s wrong with you. Why? Because they’re making a subconscious evaluation whether or not they’re friends would accept you. It’s very easy to handle such a shit tests but again, you’re gonna have to refine your skills over time there’s no shortcuts.

I broke the first two rules Ashley brought up. I have a cafe racer jacket…I do ride but I like the style more for its clean and minimal look. The puffer is more utilitarian and worn as part of my athleisure look. Regardless I’m still going to rock both, Ashley!!

The vest, like she mentioned, was invented for a specific purpose: allow the countryside British gentlemen to stay warm while hunting, without bulging and impeding the movements on the arms under the sports coat! It is not an outer layer, it should be worn under another garment and so the arms will not look too skinny!

I personally stick with three classic style of jackets - the M65 field jacket in both Olive and Navy the Air Force bomber style jacket also in both Navy and Olive, and the classic Lee Rider/Storm rider denim jackets (prefer vintage). These three styles of jackets/Coats seem never to go out of style, are very versatile, and they look fantastic. But, as Ashley stated, in all cases, fit is always always always key.

The leather jacket you mention is a staple in most men's wardrobe. The puffer is another I have both are in black. The vests I own are in black and hunter green. They aren't a puffer but thin and a good layering piece. My aviator jacket is perfect for early Spring and Fall. SO, to sum this up, I don't agree with your take.

I’ve been watching this channel for a couple of years, and I know you have issues with leather jackets: i.e. if you’re over the age of 12, you shouldn’t be wearing leather unless it’s suede...yadayadayada. I have to call BS. A quality leather jacket looks great on a casual day into town or riding the hog up a twisty road. No, they are not the right choice to wear to a cocktail party or a business meeting, but they have their place, and I will have one in my closet until I’m dead.
Secondly, Abraham Lincoln is indeed, very American, and a total badass. The AK-47, however, was designed and manufactured by the Soviet Union, which makes it decidedly UnAmerican.

Let everyone wear what they like lol. For example I had a gf that hated bomber jackets and I hate most of them too. Everyone likes different stuf and nearly everything can be worn to be stylish.

I skipped the video right after cafe racer should go to the landfill part, she can't even pick apart between good and bad cafe racers, sure those garish mall with busy paneling should never have been bought, there is motorcycle jacket that is meant for riding with armors in it, perforated leather, and velcros and spine protector you won't wear off the bike, but there are lots of nice looking cafe racer in great leather just a cool minimalist leather jacket you can wear in a lot of situations, hence for a lot of people cafe racer is their gateway into leather jacket
