I had the opportunity to pick the brain of Dr.Chef. Avin Thaliath, the Co-Founder of Lavonne Academy Of Baking S.
I asked him how he defines innovation in his line of work.
Interestingly, he mentioned that even as an educator, he believes in continuous learning. I agree with him, being a teacher myself.
New age problems require new age solutions.
He provided an example of a student from a small town who came up with a solution using logic and technology that nobody had thought of.
As a leader, we need to be receptive, have empathy with our team, and remain participative.
The right combination involves being compassionate and participative.
It was great talking to him and learning about how and his Co- Founders grew their business and created a niche for themselves.
