At 16:47 this looks exactly like the hills above the creek where I've been finding alluvial placer gold. I've found really nice elluvial deposits on hills like these.

Dude Chris Ralph! I totally used this info to find a huge alluvial deposit of placer gold in the center of the dried creek near my house.. I was walking down in the center of the creek looking for indicators and right after I descended to a low point where the water flow would normally slow I noticed a huge Boulder. So I dug it out of the ground and sure enough beneath it was a highly rich alluvial clay deposit packed with gold in each scoop. I got a whole tub full of it hahah

After heavy rain I follow the storm wash out trails from the top of the hill. Looking for "Riders On The Storm" 🤣. The gravel trail starts right outside my door, and I find tons of treasures, until anyone else looks at them and tells me they are worthless. So maybe what I'm doing is alchemy and need to stay to myself

Can you really find gold anywhere on our planet in smaller or larger amounts in different depths? Even on a small island in the UK?
No, you cannot just find gold anywhere. Gold is quite rare. there are a few places which have produced nugget type gold in the UK, but not many. Gold is far more plentiful in Australia, Canada and the western part of the US. There is also a situation of laws which apply to gold hunters and they are different in different countries. Google the term: "Where to find gold in the UK" and do some reading about it.
I'm on the literal border of north and south Carolina in rutherfordton. I'd be happy to share in exchange for a day with a mentor if ever in the area
