Considering that leela 0 is a very high rated top engine, I bet that attack works against other engines too. A lot of the middle game was spent on sf's maneuvering of the rook because of the fact that everything was soooo stuck. One development inaccuracy by some other engine as black and I imagine that leela would've done a zugzwang every time. sf must have already known how to counter zugzwangs imo.
This is the type of game, (if you and I were even capable of playing anything like it) that you analyze after and realize you _could_ have defended the position if you just played one right move after another. Eventually leading to being a piece up with devasting pressure. Maybe Magnus defends there with a lot of time on his clock. Not sure I would have even bothered trying to 😭
Alpha Zero liked the Caro-Kann for about the first 50% of it's training. Finally AZ dropped it and settled on 1...e5. AZ dropped most of humans fave defenses. I wonder which defenses modern SF prefers now?
Advance Karo-Kann / The Wild Bunch Formation / Dead Kennedys Variation! Bravo, my friend!
Clever play the fish really wired for the right moment. Thanks Josip and keep up the good work.
El juego de stokfihst es brutal gracias Jozarov.Saludos.
Two reasons why caro-kann was appealing - no boxed in bishop and basically London with Black setup.
thank you! more caro kann indeed, please..
Great analysis as always, and by the way, when was the last time Stockfish lost?
I will bet that positional sacrifice would have worked against most human opponents. The attack was scary.

36.Kh2 is a blunder and then Kg1 is bad move too!
Maybe it was a fast time control. Ah yes it was blitz.
