the difficulties is not developing an OS, is the alternative apps to be ready in the first day of launching the OS! then the user will be comfortable to ditch any os in the market

Hello Nick Merrill, I purchased a hotspot from your company for 2FA. It has message blocking on the service. How can the message blocking turned off for my hotspot? I have contact tech support as well as Caylx with no help.
