I enjoyed your review. I looked at the only squiglink for the Odyssey and note that the region between 1 kHz and 3 kHz has a slightly relaxed pinna gain. This makes sense since you describe the Odyssey as a relaxing IEM which you can listen to for hours. The rest of the tuning is spot on to what I like except for the lack of a 6 Khz dip for when I listen to female vocals even though there are many other genres where I don't want this dip. I recently received the Aful P7 which I really love. It appears that the Odyssey could be a chill pill alternative to listen to when I turn into a couch vegetable.
@jayyaudio thanks Jay. I completely understand why you don't use the Estrella to comp sets, but I hope you know, a lot of us do. I still feel as though the Estrella checks more of my boxes sonically than any other set I own. It's almost like it was tuned for 90% of my library, I really enjoy having it in the arsenal. 👏
Yo Jay, as an all-rounder iem, would you prefer something more towards the mid and treble (like the Odyssey) or something a more warm and bassy (in your personal & technical perspective)?
Thank you for the video! I just wanna ask you that 'INVU-Taeyeon' is one of my favorite, so is this gem suitable for that kind of songs? Seem to be really attractive but according to your spreadsheet, well 'tuned` one, so be hesistant to buy No review in KR and hifi😢 Tropical house is also I usally listened to
Or could you recommend one within the budget $250 Not just in the perspective of `well this guy is finding one for female vocal` the way she sings a little bit different, pushes the sound and pronounce at the front so I just wonder is there any specific gem suitable to listen to this singer but as a noob hard to know what to choose Sorry for the long text but this is my first time pay much for the wired one😅 Wish you good luck
Hi jay, i just ordered ur estrella, n its come next few days, can u describe which part estrella better n which part odessey better, big thanks brother🔥🔥
Thank you brother 🔥 Appreciate the Support ^^ Estrella will have better sub-bass and more detail/technical in general. The treble and sub is better on the Estrella, whereas the Odyssey is better at higher volume and is more balanced. I think the Odyssey is a good sidegrade to the Estrella :)
Should I be considering the Arcadia or Odyssey if I already have the Doscinco and Cincotres? 🤔 Looking for something with natural mids, like in the mega5est
@@jayyaudiowould you recommend odyssey for mixed use and monitoring? Looking for something that just sounds natural. I hate Harman and am really sensitive to the ear gain rise. Jm1 with bass shelf+tilt and less ear gain sounds pretty good and natural to me.
Sorry to ask you again. what is the best iem to complement the Doscinco in other areas (treble+midrange / vocal / detail etc) for around $250? thanks Jay
Hi jay, right now i'm using supermix 4 and ie200 as daily driver. I'm looking for my third set that distinct enough from those 2. I'm kinda torn between cadenza 4, odyssey, and tanchjim origin. Which one do you think between those 3 will be the most different from supermix 4 and ie200? Thanks Jay
You know the Tinhifi t3 plus? I want to upgrade them after 3 years. Still like the T3 plus warm-ish tuning but want more technicality. Which Ziigaat goes in that direction? Or maybe KE4?
@@jayyaudio good to hear! your carmen playlist convinced me this tuning would be perfect for me so I'm thinking of pulling the trigger. how does this compare to your ej07 and carmen?
Does it make sense for me to get any ziigaat or hype 4 if I have campfire atlas already ? I like fun signature with strong bass and sparkly treble and on warm side . Any other recommendations or stick with Atlas ?
комментарийHi bro! This year, 6 Ziigaat models were released. Which model is better suited for metal! And which ear pads are better suited for ziigaat? Because the family leaves much to be desired. Good luck!
Hi Jay. If I already have the Doscinco for rock / bassy genres what iem can complement the doscinco in other areas (treble+midrange / vocal etc) ? explorer / odyssey / even something better? thx
Its a pity everything need to be listened at HIGH-VOLUME these days to be able to enjoy music. 😢 Any recommendation for an upgrade of the Explorer with more details but for listening at LOWER VOLUME.
Great descriptive review! Looking forward to the Arcadia review as well.
This set looks right in my wheelhouse. I think I might give them a try when Amazon gets them in stock. Thanks, Jay.
Nice review Jay I think Punch seems very interesting too.I will wait Arcadia review and then I will decide my new meta iem
Ohhh my. That looks good. You had me at Explorer with more detail.
yessir the Odyssey is nice
Those seem like such a great set, looking amazing also

It’s a chill set at mid volume, but with scaling/volume it’s very immersive 👌
From your explanation looks like this set is match to my preference
Saw you editing the sheet in real time was pretty funny.
In the market for a new IEM so deciding between this, KE4 or splurging a bit for a Pilgram.
This or pilgrim
I just looked up the graph of Aful P5+2...looks eerily similar ;)
Lol I was going to comment on the same fact.
Thank You, Good Luck😅
I like the face plate a lot and the sound profile is perfect for me since I like more vocal forward/ musical songs
Ziigaat always makes the best IEM Face plate🌈🎆
they nice
Thanks for the review, this is definitely on my 11/11 list. I'm a little surprised you didn't comp it against the Doscinco.
Dos is bassy, this isn't

Mmm great for loud volumes from whatb
i can see. Perfect
They look nice
The name is so fitting
yupp

Odyssey, but the CKLVX D62 would be better as an all rounder
Great review Jay. Already going to pre-order it tonight, but can you tell me which types of music you think that these might not be the best fit for?
Maybe electronic? But honestly at higher volumes they sound great for most things
Ziigaat has how many more releases left this year?
MORE
Gotta collect em all ziigaat
Thank you for the video!

Ziigaat Cincotres would be good. It won't over-pronounce the vocals, and still has very good bass and treble extension
@@jayyaudio thanks a lot for answer

Get Odyssey, Arcadia is a bit redundant

Mid volume Supermix4, high volume Ziigaat Odyssey
CKLVX D62 coming?
Compared to Doscinco?
Dos is a bassy set, Odyssey is clean scaling, check ranking list

Both Cad4 and Origin are balanced/neutral sets, Odyssey is good for high volume, but I'd go something bassier like Tea Pro, Hype 4, Estrella
Ziigaat being gyatt
You know the Tinhifi t3 plus? I want to upgrade them after 3 years. Still like the T3 plus warm-ish tuning but want more technicality. Which Ziigaat goes in that direction? Or maybe KE4?
Estrella is that but more detailed with more sub-bass
Are you considered 75db a high volume?
80dbs+
Arcadia is more my style graph.
are these the closest experience to the ej07 for the price?
yup
@@jayyaudio good to hear! your carmen playlist convinced me this tuning would be perfect for me so I'm thinking of pulling the trigger. how does this compare to your ej07 and carmen?

I haven't heard the Atlas so I wouldn't know, but if you want deep bass and sparkly treble that'd be the Ziigaat Estrella
Some say that the Explorer is intimate sounding. Since you said that the Odyssey is an upgrade to the Explorer, does the Odyssey sounds intimate too?
it's fine with scaling, but at mid volume ya
It reminds me of 2001: A Space Odyssey
will take you on one too
Mini Jupiter
Ziigaat is releasing 4 sets per week now
At least they are good! I have the doscinco and it’s great. A hype 4 with a little less treble extension and more bass.
XD
Odissey or cinocotres for acoustic jazz?
Cincotres for mid-volume, Odyssey if you listen loud

HBB Arcadia with TangZu Divinus ear tips
There’s like no air in this lol, weird
Love the faceplate
Are there any iems without bass boost?
Moondrop has some, studio 4 is bass light as well.
Studio 4 or Tanchjim Origin
Hi Jay. If I already have the Doscinco for rock / bassy genres what iem can complement the doscinco in other areas (treble+midrange / vocal etc) ? explorer / odyssey / even something better? thx
Estrella
@@jayyaudio what if for max usd 300?
Hi😊 arcadia vs odyssey?which one do you prefer
Odyssey
is it worth it to go for the Odyssey instead of the Explorer? And what DAC to pair them with?
Ya Odyssey is better imo, source wise any decent one will work under $100, nothing too bright
Hi ! Would you recommend P 5+2 or this one ?
Odyssey for higher volume, Tanchjim Origin better than 5+2
@jayyaudio thank you!
How do they compare to orchestra lite
orchestra lite is better at mid-volume, check ranking list
How would you say it compares to the ke4?
it's cleaner and less bassy
@ cool thanks
ZIIGYAAT
Bro could you review the tri i3 mk3?
It’s a clean balanced tuning with planar timbre and good tech. Very safe and vanilla
Odyssey for $180usd or Xenns Tea Pro for $300usd??
Tea Pro if you like bassy, Odyssey is clean high volume
Bro is nova worth buying?
Yes
@jayyaudio bro, please help me in this, I'm a noob
Nova vs supermix 4 vs S12 2024. Thanks in advance.
Beautiful faceplate, I think it would fit perfectly for my gf

Ehm... Aful Performer 5 maybe?
P7 or P5+2
If you care about your hearing down the road, I don’t think you should listen to any IEM at high volume. At least not for long periods of time.
Estrellas
This is literally the upgrade to the Explorer
Simple, This or urs estrella? Peace!
Both have their pros and cons
