My significant other and I went to see Glen at G&G Music in Antigonish and bought a Bluegrass Goose for me and a Studio Goose for her. Since then we've switched and now the Studio Goose is mine. We play for hours every day. Excellent relationship and music building gear :) Thanks for doing this.
Never heard of Boucher geeeetar's but man, nice! Thank you for the introduction! My wife does not thank you on the other hand since now I'll be lookin' to buy one.
Boucher's are fantastic guitars. Very playable and comfy to play.. They are muched loved in Canada. The gold pack is fantastic. Loved this video. Thanks!
You're very welcome! Give us a call if there's any questions we can answer for you (417-720-1223), they're incredible guitars. Also, please tell your wife sorry on our behalf🤣
I have the studio goose......still gives me goose bumps when I play it....mine isn't torrified but now that it's seven years old it's getting there eh! That's why we Canadians call them gooses ( geese ) eh!!!
@@AcousticShoppe True story.....I was one of the first Anglophone Canadians to get one. A few shops here in Ontario even started carrying them because I brought mine in and let them try it. They couldn't put it down. Boucher was in financial trouble in the early 2000's and a millionaire in France loved the guitars so much I think he pumped some money into them and convinced Robin to sell tops to get into the black. Robin has now stopped selling tops and is in the black. A lot of boutique American custom shop guitars from that time ironically all have Robin Boucher selected Adirondack red spruce tops, despite the logo on the headstock!
Hi! I live a few hours away from where these guitars are made. The region is famous because it's a migratory stop for snow geese, with hundreds of thousands of them stopping by for a few weeks every autumn. If you have the chance, come on over and visit and I'm sure you could get a VIP tour of the factory where the guitars are made. All the best. :)
Bought a Boucher which got traded for a 67 D18 which got sold/traded for a Pre-War Guitar Company . Can't beat it for right at 5 grand if you can find one
It's easier on our standard unboxings because we record a performance to match every unboxing. It gives another option for folks who want to see how that instrument performs in a practical setting.

Do you know how many guitars the average guitar player needs? Just one more.
That's right🤣
There you are, it's not so hard to have a great acoustic track to a video about acoustic guitars now is it?
