I don’t care how long it takes someone to finish the half marathon, that is an accomplishment to be so proud of! Thank you Tim for being so honest too in how you felt about the run. It’s a great experience but it’s something meant to be fun and only something to do if you truly had fun doing it. Congrats on your achievement. I was there too but only did the Trick or Treat 5k and had a great time, but we got to finish while the weather was still cool 😂 not a luxury the 10k and half marathon got.
😂😂😂 when I started driving, my Dad made me learn everything there is about a car, because he taught me that if you dont know about the mechanical functions of a car, you have no business driving a car. This daddy's girl is forever thankful for that life lesson!
This was truly a great episode! Loved the “Hi Dad Soup” moments this week and all the race talk. Also Tim HAS to watch Ted Lasso! It’s such a wonderful show! Nick reminds me so much of Ted and we need more of that in the world.❤
Jim Henson first appeared with Kermit on tv in the early to mid 60’s, but Kermit was a character on Sesame Street in the early days… he was a news reporter; sometimes & lots of scenes with Grover. He seemed to not be on anymore; once The Muppet Show debuted. I love that Jackson is starting to watch the Mickey & Donald vintage shorts… the sports shorts with Goofy are also really funny❤🎉🥰🙏🏻
Nick one of my favorite memories of my parents we got stuck 1000 miles from Denver and the transmission went out on their car. Thankfully, there were other people with us. They tow it back to Denver when you’re out in the middle of the Southwest there’s not a whole lot of mechanics. The car was always seven months old. but my brother and I were adults. We had to go on a fan with the group and then take a greyhound and go back into Denver. Took care of it, but it was such an amazing venture. I will never forget! Luke remember that forever you’re an awesome dad. Tim, you too.
Nick...it was great meeting you @ EPCOT on Sunday. I told you I was a Christian mom & really appreciate that you share your faith! ✝️ My adult son (he lives in the FL panhandle) & I (I live near Cleveland Oh) were on a Mom & Son trip...it was a "Hi Mom Soup" trip!!
Hey guys! Sorry for the late comment - I'm a week behind on catching up on the podcast - but my girls (ages 6 and 8) did the Disneyland Halloween Kids Run this year, and it was super fun! There were 4 age groups, each with their own distances. Diaper dash for
Nick it’s so true! You gave so many great tips! I’ll never forget running with you and AyJay during the marathon! I took every single hydration station during the full. Followed a run 4 minute walk 1 minute pace and did great!
Omg my 2 year old is OBSESSED with the old black and white mickey mouse shows and the old Donald duck ones too! He found them and wants to watch them all the time! 😂
Nick, you're my spirit animal. The way you worry for Tim's preparation is the exact same way I worried for my running buddy. She ran her first half and is done with running. She barely prepped and I was so worried for her. (She did great). I am all in with running. I love doing research, buying all the things, I look forward to races, and take race week so seriously. It's so maddening watching people run races with zero prep and emotional investment 😂 I'm worried for them! And they're missing out on the love of running! But it's not for everyone and that's ok too 🏃🏼♀️
I recently started watching Only Murders in the building and I binged the 1st season today while I was home sick and it is soooo good! I agree, Nick should watch it!
Nick you’re so right . One Disney trip I got dehydrated and the start of heat exhaustion . It was awful a cast member gave me the advice of starting to pre hydrate before my trip and never had that again ❣️
I’m around Tim’s age and I feel so bad for younger generations not to know the ridiculous and awesomeness of watching the Muppets , Fraggle Rock shows and movies
So happy to see you both in the same place again!! A bit of "normal" in my Monday. " You both are doing great 👍 in all you do. God bless all those runners/joggers/waters who were in those races that got ill and may not have finished, too. Y'all tried, and I'm proud of you and your families. Hugs, Debra ✨️ 🤗 🎉
Nick and Tim, you guys got me running my first 5K in April 25 at WDW. I'm so scared and excited. My goal is to be able to do a 10K for my 50th...a few years away. I have a shattered L-1 vertebrae so I'm hoping I can do both!
Never say never. My husband ran his first half marathon and when he finished, he had the same thoughts as you. He said I’m never doing that again. Fast forward about 8 years, e has done over 15 half marathons and completed Dopey twice. He also is planned to do all the runDisney through Feb 2025. He did do the Disneyland one you did and he said it was horrible.
Tim I started running cuz of your rundisney vid in January and now I'm doing the rundisney 5k in January and I'm so excited! Thank you for inspiring me
I agree with Tim, Dopey seems insane. But I know one day… I will probably run it… The princess challenge this year kinda killed me, I can’t imagine doing more running with wake ups!! Good job Tim! 🎉 It’s not easy to go the distance, especially for days in a row like that! Hats off!
@Nick I think the hitch hiking ghosts are only in Diamond horseshoe when it’s raining. At least the party I went to. They are usually above country bear jamboree
Ya it dropped Tim but the next day we had an Earthquake. When we dropped from 115 (Universal area) to 64 you can guarantee a significant one nearby. I'd rather deal with them than humid hurricane rainy summer.like Florida. They never should of had it in that heat but that many people not easy to reschedule
In my experience owning Nissans, they don't have a full size spare. And driving a spare that far is too much (highway speed, probably flat in the trunk).
Tim, if your knees are sore from running, you're almost certainly in the wrong shoe. To anyone reading this & considering taking up running, please get professionally fitted. you may not be able to buy the pretty shoes you want, but your ankles, knees & hips will thank you.
I took my car in a week ago because it started sounding like an rc car. My alternator was going bad, they wanted $700 and I was like can I think about and come back and he was like yeah you can still drive it it’s just going to make noise. I went to the shop on Tuesday. I ordered the part and my fiancée was going to replace it on the weekend. Literally on Friday on my way to work sitting at stop lights my battery icon started showing up on my dash board. And then turning on to the street my job is on power steering went out, and buy the time I made it to the parking lot my car completely died. The shop had made it sound like I have a lot of time to replace it not 3 days 😅😅
U agree Tim should be done with the running but maybe he could bring some real food for Nick and some others and cheer them on for the 5 minutes they might run by... I hear the parks are not overly crowded during a race, probably the parking is busy.
Don't want to put too much grain of salt in here, but as an avid runner, please don't refer to this as you "run" a half marathon, because you didn't. It was a nice walk, but nothing more. It is always a slap in the face for everyone who trained hard to actually run at least most part of it. It's always good to do at least something sport or fitness related and even walking this distance is an achievement, but please do not take credit for anything that you have not actually accomplished.
I am dying laughing at Tim’s reaction about not doing a run again. That’s a firm “no”. 😂The look on his face is hilarious.
Tim’s feelings about running races mirrors Nick’s feelings about HHN😂
Less evil, more ADD is a great line 😂😂
Love Tim's sense of humour and honesty re the runs!

It's too soon for Tim to consider another run. :) On the other hand, maybe it's "been there, done that!" Great job Tim!!
Great episode. Tim you did so well running those runs and it was so nice that you walked / ran with Adam too to support him - a good friend. Xx
This was truly a great episode! Loved the “Hi Dad Soup” moments this week and all the race talk. Also Tim HAS to watch Ted Lasso! It’s such a wonderful show! Nick reminds me so much of Ted and we need more of that in the world.❤

Yess please do the newly wed game! Would be such a great episode 😍

Fantastic shirt Nick! Great to meet you at the media event! You guys do a great job!
That’s one of my favorite lost bros shirts, Nick!!! Love it!!

This podcast is so awesome
Tim totally love that you are like not enjoying it so No to running again . Way to show the boys not to fall under pair pressure 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Good morning! Love starting my Monday off with That Tracks.
Nick it’s so true! You gave so many great tips! I’ll never forget running with you and AyJay during the marathon! I took every single hydration station during the full. Followed a run 4 minute walk 1 minute pace and did great!
I always jump when Tim says welcome back!
There are so many parts during this podcast that I cracked up laughing. You guys are very entertaining!
Omg my 2 year old is OBSESSED with the old black and white mickey mouse shows and the old Donald duck ones too! He found them and wants to watch them all the time! 😂

Great job on completing the event! All that is left for Tim is doing the Dopey 🤙!!
Nick you’re so right . One Disney trip I got dehydrated and the start of heat exhaustion . It was awful a cast member gave me the advice of starting to pre hydrate before my trip and never had that again ❣️
Tim, you need to run with Nick!! One more race & then you can retire 😂😂
Tim is so my spirit animal with running, nope I did it I'm not doing it again😂😂😂 my favorite
I’m around Tim’s age and I feel so bad for younger generations not to know the ridiculous and awesomeness of watching the Muppets , Fraggle Rock shows and movies

I look forward to Mondays because of this podcast 😂
Good job on your running both of you. I love listening to the podcast while having my lunch. Xxxx
Nick, your shirt! 😍

What was even more heartbreaking was that he was an experienced marathon runner. Just tragic.

Thank you so much for talking me out of wanting to do this. If I could get a 5K, I might do that but they sell out so fast.
@Nick I think the hitch hiking ghosts are only in Diamond horseshoe when it’s raining. At least the party I went to. They are usually above country bear jamboree
Morning Nick and Tim! ❤
Tim’s definitely gonna run again. He’s already said before that he’ll never run again then he did. He’ll run with either of the boys at least.
Nick please tell me where you got your Jo Bros shirt from!?!
I sat next to Joey McEntire (from New Kids on the Block) and I didn’t say anything to him at all and I know he knew I was aware of who he was lol
Highly recommend having multiple pairs of running shoes, especially for challenges!
I used exclusively sport beans for my first few half marathons. Now I use the honey stinger chews but it’s all electrolytes and carbs.
Sports beans are my fave as well, but i also enjoy salt sticks lately
Tim is like I choose not to run
Let’s make a deal. Tim will run a race with Nick only if Nick joins him at HHN…
In my experience owning Nissans, they don't have a full size spare. And driving a spare that far is too much (highway speed, probably flat in the trunk).
The Villains show at HS is a balloon/test for the land!
I don’t have evidence but def my opinion!
Remember, Nick. Tim is ten years your senior. I'm 41 and I woukd be a firm no as well loo
My boys also have a descendants obsession at 3/4 years old 😅 the 3rd and 4th ones end up on repeat lol
Nick I love your shirt where can I buy one!🎉
Nick yes thanks for mentioning that you are fully hydrated for days prior to the race.
Tim, if your knees are sore from running, you're almost certainly in the wrong shoe. To anyone reading this & considering taking up running, please get professionally fitted. you may not be able to buy the pretty shoes you want, but your ankles, knees & hips will thank you.

Good work Tim! 🚫🍌
Apple tv+ has great shows like The Morning Show, Severance, Silo, and Shrinking….to name a few.
U agree Tim should be done with the running but maybe he could bring some real food for Nick and some others and cheer them on for the 5 minutes they might run by... I hear the parks are not overly crowded during a race, probably the parking is busy.
What about a good beer run?
Good morning!!! Wishing everyone in the comments an amazing week!
Would Tim do another run if it was a hhn theme run, through scare zones and houses
I had same issue with my tire until it popped on I-4 the heat is bad
Nick...your sister knows how to fulfill all her sisterly duties. Grand Flo for free...yes thank you!!!
My 4 year old only wants to watch the old Mickey and Donald cartoons as well! I forgot how weird some of the narrators are 😂
Just started watching. Are you guys wearing That Tracks merch?
Tim is wearing a shirt from Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. Nick’s looks like a shirt from Lost Bros (they have very cool shirts btw)
Great episode guys. Thank you for you honesty and hard work. 🧡🖤🧡
I just saw in the news that a tik tok star died during that half marathon at Disneyland after crossing the finish, Caleb Graves.
I volunteer as tribute to help teach nick about car issues.
I think Tim just burned out doing ALL the races plus the heat. I think he could do 5k or10k again.. just pick one.

Wicked was a book first
Spending an hour and a half talking about running... you should probably rebrand yourself. Yawn.
