We must stop small hawkers who visit door to door for every 10 minutes in the name of scrap, sales of plastic items etc..And Police must not allow them to do such business

Please don't play blame games over this incident, must take preventive measures first survey of the persons living alone in their houses including women with children. Use of modern surveillance systems (with proper maintenance) must be used in sensitive areas for avoidance and faster detection of these cases. Strictly monitor the influx of floating migrants, mostly they're on the move. You will find many of them. The home department and the law enforcement agencies please don't sleep, take every step to see we in small state of Goa are safe.
