Hey, EJ! GREAT tutorial, as always! I find that you're about the only one out there who really gets into creating 2D-ish animation in C4D, which is just what I'm looking for! I noticed in this GIF that, apart from the cel shading and grunge texture, there's also a slight offset of the colors themselves and the object borders, which gives it more of a hand-made, colored-in effect, and I wonder how you managed that, and if you have any tutorials that cover that effect? Anyway, thanks again for the great tuts!

Awesome work. Looks great. Love Sketch and Toon effect. Would be perfect if you will add also tutorial on making whole scene, animation, modelling, maybe not whole process but main moments from everything. Hope you'll do it. Waiting ^_^ Thanks.

    HI,
Could you tell me how to apply that grungy effect to the shadow of the light, like you did?.
    Thanks.

Is it possible to combine cel shader and spots shader on the same object?

By using a Layer shader to stack them like layers in photoshop, yes!

You can get some pretty cool results from doing this.

    Hi, Help me please!
I'm making an austronaut using sketch and toon, but when I put the shading object off in order to make the glass transparent, the lines of the head are not visible.
So if the camera looks trough the glass the lines seems to turn off.

enable Hidden lines on the sketch style tag on the glass object, should fix it! here you an choose a sketch for the "hidden" lines behind the transparent object
