For full pec development, you not only need fuller pecs, but defined pecs too! If you have trouble with developing a defined chest, I developed the "lower chest solution" to solve that problem once and for all. Check it out right here => th-cam.com/video/wMmy2MlH55U/w-d-xo.html

Most ppl dont even get to half your body weight in oz of water. So if you're 200 lbs then 100 oz each day. That ratio should be the minimum you get even if you're not an athlete. My goal is 90, I usually get 75 unless I played hockey that day. Add more oz if you drink/drank coffee or alcohol that day. Hope this helps or gets you started. Space it out & drinking too much water can hurt you. But like I wrote, most ppl dont get enough.

Looking at other channels I find a lot of idiots who make entire videos hating on Jeff's knowledge and presentation. I wouldn't give a fk if Jeff is lifting plastic weights and has been juicing his whole career. He gives undeniably the best ( proven) advice, tips, methods, techniques, alternatives, analysis and recommendations in their scientific totality. Thanks Jeff!

Serious Question!!! After watching for years your videos I can´t remember you ever mentioned the "BARBELL HACK SQUAT"....could you give an introduction to this exercise please, the pros & cons? I personally got at the moment absolutely no rack, so I am doing Zercher-Squats, Barbell Hack Squats and Front Squats (doin clean with the barbell)
    Thanks

Love the videos. It's awesome that he comes from a physical therapy background and focuses on exercises that avoid possible injury. I'm nearly 60 and have been getting back into shape and was looking for upper chest exercises that wouldn't tweak my shoulders. I use P90X, and even that uses sketchy moves like upright rows.

The "muscle markers" have been a tremendous help in helping me understand the "why" behind the "how"; there are thousands of videos that can show you how to perform an exercise, but few describe why it works. One day, when your production budget allows, I'd like to see computer generated renderings of exercise movements that show the muscle fibers firing.

luv the upper cut!, never thought of hitting the upper chest with a short stroke like that , it also conserves energy as opposed to a full sweeping cable pull that hits you with a ton more metabolic stress. This is like one of those little hammers that gets the job done without a lot of flailing around.
