the single piece of cilantro is crazy
😂
I think that’s parsley bro 😂
lol
No fr 😂😂😂
Oh I know I literally died when I saw that 💀
Thank you. I needed this step-by-step instruction video!!
Thanks for recording this, I just got one of these and I didn't know if you put just the water in up to the correct line, or added the rice first and then did it. The manual does not specify this. Very helpful!
I put my water in first and it came out completely mushy
Glad I could help!
My son gave me his small rice cooker, but I had no idea how to use it. Thank you 🎉
i have it for years love it,and it makes amazing quinoa perfect!
@@jeanineskitchen2607 - please share recipe
So uncomplicated. Perfect.
THANK YOU! Everyone else has to make excessive long productions with lots of noise for something simple. There is a lot to be said for people who just point the bare necessities of what to do. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for keeping it simple and real.
I love my aroma rice cooker its amazing, i came here to see if i can make a flavored rice in it like mexican rice
you absolutely can.
Thank you! So simple!
I have been cooking rice all wrong 😂
The cup provided is 3/4 of a cup
My hero
Pretty sure the top is the 1 cup like a normal measuring cup
@invalidusername4732 no that's not true. I just measured. It's 3/4 even to the brim to where it's boout to spill
Thanks my guy
@@SweepAndZone I think your measuring device is wrong too. Need to count the grain of rice in each and get back to us with the results. Thanks
How long does it usually take?
This one is best for all around kitchrn for single person and it had no hidden agenda usually associated with more sophisticate design. This one is a companion faithfully for single people and save money. If 2 billion people buy it then the company atleast pocket 500 million with less than 500 workers
Does the machine have a weight sensor to know how long to cook say brown rice?
The instructions say you have to cook it longer, but it auto shuts off. Does the warming feature continue cooking. So i just leave it in for longer?
😊
I'm late but I think thete may be a weight feature because after cooking, you can't turn the pot back onto cook with the same weight after cooking
It depends on the cooker, but a simple one like the one shown in video works with temperature. When water starts to boil, the temperature stops increasing. That is until there is no more water left to boil, and the temperature starts to increase again. Once that happens, a magnet in the cooker will reach its Curie temperature and lose its magnetism. That in turn acts as a switch to turn off the high heat in the cooker.
My rice cooker shakes and spits out steam and water. It seems very flimsy and unsafe.
Are using it more. I had the water measurements wrong.
How long does it take to cook 2 cups of rice?
maybe 15/20 mins i love this cooker have it for 4 yrs also cooks quinoa perfect same measure 1 cup grain 2 cups water, the best
Yea I just bought mine and it’s broken the switch doesn’t stay down
Thanks
Can I use for steam vegetables?

You can use whatever you like.

I have trouble with the rice browning a little on the bottom. I wash the rice and use the correct ratios. What am I doing wrong?

Why not use a fine colander to rinse? I haven't got two hours!
How long after the cooker has changed from cook to warm should I wait before opening the top and fluff the rice?
Once it switches to Warm, the rice is done. You can fluff it anytime afterwards.
@@AromaHousewaresSanDiego Thank you.
Jeez why can’t you just tell us how many cups of rice to cups of water? I cant see the BLACK markings on the BLACK pot. Asshole design. HTF are seniors to see? So is it one cup of rice or 3/4 cup of rice? If I’m making 2 cups of rice which is actually 1 1/2 cups of rice am I filling the cooker to the 2 line? Why does this have to be so fkng complicated? You say one cup but the fill line is actually 3/4 and then there’s another 1/4 inch to the top of the cup. So please, which is it?
What about brown rice? Will the cooking time be adjusted automatically?
🤦🤦🤦
You don’t need to wash your rice. It’s just washing away any added nutrients of the enriched rice.
Yes you do. It will bubble like crazy
Please help, mine doesnt have a fill line

What your mama buy you for Christmas
I lost the small cup, does anyone know how much the actual measurement is? Is it an actual cup?
yes, it is cup measurement
it’s 3/4ths!
@@Vuples I thought it was something weird like that. Thanks
It’s 4/5 of a cup. So dumb.
i believe its 3/4 cup . i fear loosing it lol cause its perfect. but gonna try to order an extra on line. had my cooker for years its perfect i never mess up rice anymore
Show it boiling over onto the counter top.
Why in the hell would you include a cup that is not a CUP (the standard measurement) The instructions refer to a cup: is it your cup or a standard cup? Why am I forced to do conversions on something that could be so so simple?
I was wondering the same thing. In the instructions that came with it (I bought this cooker in a store) it says “cups referenced are with the included measuring cup”. Perhaps they would’ve saved a bit of confusion for us if they just said “scoop” in reference to the provided measuring cup instead of “cup” which everyone logically thinks as 1 cup
seriously just got this & it makes no sense at all, i had to come watch videos to figure out
It’s for China what did you expect 😂

Why does my rice always come out sticky? Any advise
It;s supposed to be sticky
I use it 3 times And now it wont-work.It's junk waste of money
Can we cook beef ?
Um, duh
How do I get firmer rice? It’s too soft… thank you
Less water.
After cooking, let the rice rest, covered, for a few minutes. This allows any remaining moisture to evaporate, resulting in firmer grains. Or start with a small adjustment and gradually decrease the water amount until you achieve the desired firmness.
Mine just boils over when I use it
Add a tablespoon of olive oil
This cooker is a joke. It fits the dumpster pretty good.
Did you rinse the rice? Your supposed to rinse it to get the starch off.
Yea, but it boils over....@@aaronschofield7817
How much water??
There are lines inside the cooker. Once you add the rice, fill to the line with the number matching how many cups you added. If you put 2 measuring cups rice, fill to line number 2 with water.

You’ve got to understand cancer patients have to have a non-toxic pots and you can make them ceramic and you need to all through your line. We need a stainless steel or ceramic tray to put the vegetables and steam them. We don’t need plastic..
Then buy a non-toxic pot?
How the fuck does that concern us? Then go fucking buy non toxic pots, did they tell you this tutorial is for cancer patients?
The Aroma rice cooker we purchased is stainless with a glass top.
This is the worse video I have ever seen. It explains nothing.
I did a video on my channel to show how easy it also cooks quinoa, check it out and ill answer all your questions I can about it. I love my aroma rice cooker, came to this video to see how to do seasoned rice in it and yes I agree this video stinks lol. But the cooker is great, had 2 of them for 5 yrs now, and it steams the veggies on top of the rice with the tray that comes with it. The cup is a 3/4 measure if that helps you, and the ratio is 1 cup rice in the included cup and 2 cups water. Perfect rice every time in 15/20 mins😊
