Great video! It would be great to see how the cultural lifestyles of Iranian Jews of California differ from the Hasidic Jews of New York. Iranians have a very fascinating and rich history in America, especially in LA. It would be nice to explore their cultural and religious customs, values, traditions and expectations.
This guy grew up in Ohio though. Moving to LA in hopes of being an artist is American as apple pie.

Dude, you need to write a book about the experiences of this unique, diverse, extraordinary country, USA. Where foreigner's mission to come here...And if they bring not only their culture, but their political beliefs of their mother country.Also, Americans who are multi generations. Like the white, and black America. Your channel opens up so many great discussion from your experience as a traveler, as well as meeting people who came to this country.

Iraq is Infinity in better place right now then when it was 2014, sure we still have militias suppressing us, but don't worry, most Iraqis are young, healthy, strong, educated and open minded. we'll open up this country just like the garbage politicians closed it.
Iraq has developed more on the last 3 years than in the 20 years before it, give us ten more years and you'll be surprised. The democracy we have craved will rise up like bubble coming from deep in the sea

Just wanted to point out something here that might not be 100% relevant to this video, the VAST MAJORITY of Persians/Iranians are very secular and all they care about is just Good thoughts, Good words and Good deeds, these three principles are in their veins.

I went to the Persian festival in Portland in 2013 and had saffron/rose flavored ice cream. My initial reaction was that it reminded me of my grandmas perfume, literally, but then the flavor settled in and the aftertaste was incredibly "soft". I know taste wouldn't usually be described as a feeling, but that's what it was. Super interesting. Such a fascinating culture.
As someone born from an Iranian dad and American mother who grew up in Fargo, ND I feel a lot like ASADI and am very happy he is making that in the middle music for us American/Iranians!!!!!

Holy shit I listen to this musician all the time. I'm also Persian.
Love the diversity of L.A. So many different cultures here, living side by side. Which translates into some of the best food in the U.S. Right down the street from Raffi's is Carousel Restaurant, another wonderful Middle Eastern place.

Some people are born to do what they do. He is a perfect example and to know that at young age is a blessing.
Last week I was searching everywhere online to order an Iranian Cetar as a decor for my lounge. They're so difficult to find; and the ones I located had to be shipped from either the US or Turkey, making them simply too expensive. In the end I opted for a Violin; it looks good in the corner of the room. And yes, ofcourse at some point I will check out Danny Asadi's homepage. He seems like an interesting, level-headed artist. Good luck to him. AND, Peter as always doing a sterling job.

It's so weird, you came to Iran but no one taught you how to use spoons and forks to eat Iranian style food (especially for rice dishes). So let me teach you right now :)
First you have to hold the spoon that you use to write. And the fork in the opposite hand. Use a spoon to pick up food or slice food (instead of a knife). A fork is also used to help control the spoon, for example you can more easily put some food into the spoon with the help of a fork, or use a fork to hold food when you want to slice a piece of food with spoon such as meat. Of course, the use of forks is optional
