Your content is one of the few fitness videos left on you tube that are worth watching. Thanks for keeping it real and not getting into critiquing or criticizing others. I’m always looking forward to seeing what you have to offer. Big fan, keep up the great work.
Thank you Daniel. At 50 years old I was looking to make big changes to my routine. Moving most of my exercises (to include triceps and biceps) to the rings about 3 months ago has been a game changer. I've seen body changes that I haven't seen in 10+ years....not to mention shoulder definition that I've never seen. Finishing my routine with lighter weight dumbbell routines like these works great for me.
Sir I am A 15 Year Old teen Training for Aesthetics. This Is all I needed as I have dumbells as an equipment only . Thank You Soo Much Sir You are My Inspiration of Getting in shape at home. Respect and Love From india🔥👏🏻👏🏻
Daniel, this style of video is BRILLIANT! So helpful having you walk us through each exercise in person. Your physiotherapy expertise really comes through like this. Thanks for the excellent video.
Super enjoyable workout, Daniel, many thanks! The explanations about posture and reps are clear and super helpful, and thanks to you, I’ve finally sussed out how to place my legs for preacher curls - the struggle with my bench is over 😁
This is really great timing releasing this video! I spend the spring and summer outdoors with calisthenics and sports. In a few weeks I'll return to the gym to combine weights and bw. Sure is common for others too. I will absolutely be applying this to the end of my workouts! Also, of course, the teachings behind the why and how is super helpful as always. Thank you!
That was an enjoyable entertaining instructional video. I don't possess a bench, but I'm wondering if my sun lounger might be a substitute - might be too wide, is my initial thought.
You are a great representative of natural bodybuilding. Great physique and inspirational for all of us. In fact I believe you have a degree not sure if you are a physical therapist or something like that and dont do drugs. Im sick and tired of watching drug users giving advice on lifting. Thanks
I know it's supposed to be dumbbell only, but since you included bodyweight, I think the pelican curl you've shown in other vids is a really good stretch at lengthened position but also has the fully extended arms behind you. I've done a banded version that, even though it's not optimal, I really feel in my biceps when I curl with my arms behind. I've started to see results, generally my biceps are my hardgainer. Totally worth it standing also.
Love your vids. If you're lucky enough to have a rack or an option to use rings...dips on them are a killer workout, night & day difference. I do most of the workouts that you mentioned but the last set is a drop set, I keep 10kg and 7.5kg dumbells nearby to murder the muscle completely on the last set of each exercise. You can really feel the burn and the goosebumps, best feeling ever :D
I’m wondering why you advise to keep the body straight for the BW skullcrushers. I’ve been using bomb dive form for over 15 years with excellent results. I find the movement more natural and the load at stretched position greater. You can also progress those much easier when you are at the last step and your elbows almost touch the floor: just widen your feet to make them easier, and as you progress, bring your feet closer together until they touch (you can also drop set this way, but in reverse and in one set). With feet elevated, this makes even more sense, the alignment is perfect and the stretch at the bottom is insane
Hey bro, I love your videos. I noticed when I do full ROM bicep curls, i get a really sore elbow ditch and the tendons tend to feel inflamed for 4-5 days afterwards. So I use partial reps which gives me a little progression, but I havent been able to see significant growth in my biceps for years. Any advice on my ROM or progression to feel these exercises purely in my bicep? I can only do 20 lbs dumbells or up to 60 lbs on the machine . I dont want to risk tearing my bicep.
The only uncomfortable about scull crushers is the name. 😅 I can control a proper movement with this way better then with regular overhead triceps. Also glad you show exercises for at home with dumbbells, because i prefer to just train at home. So i leave a comment for the Algo!
Triceps extension with rings (specifically one ring) is a much better way. Great for core as well. Dips are better with rings too. I know it says dumbells only, but he is using benches. Rings and a door pull up bar are cheaper than a quality bench.
Nothing has hit my biceps like incline and preacher curls and nothing has hit my triceps like overhead extensions(and yes, I do a lot of dips). Pro tip: do some curls with a reverse grip for extra forearm gains and include some wrist curls in your program. Good forearms completely change the overall look of your arms.
Whenever i try to stay consistent with my training i fall sick,i came to this conclusion that my immunity is very weak and since it has to recover my muscles,i get prone to sickness (This has been happening for literal years,im 18 now i have been training inconsistently due to this factor for years) I finally decided to bring my intensity super low and build up very slowly, lets see if this works for me and i dont fall sick due to training hard in the near future , I wrote this a few days ago,and now im sick,it didn't work Does any of you have any suggestions pls let me know
You will surely need a plane for your self specifically including foods and habits that betters your immunity although I,m just a random guy saying this it,s better to go to a doctor and describe the problems with doctor who is and expert in that and has helped people like you just ask that doctor and he will give you what exactly works best for you By the way I,m just random guy I also don't have that strong immunity I,m 17 yo and I am going to start my journey for muscle building and bulking btw sorry for bad grammar
I will give you another tip ho watch a TH-camr named fit tuber he is from India and I personally have followed some of his advices and it had worked for me so I believe he has also made a video about relating to bettering immunity system if got the link I,LL give it to you but do search it up for yourself
Same here! I have been training on and off for 20 years. As soon as I start training longer than 1 month, I usually get sick. Quitting training is not an option though for me.
This video is pure gold, 9999 fine. I’m doing most of these exercises and will be making some adjustments. I noticed you raise the upper arms in the bicep curls, wouldn’t there be even more tension keeping them vertical? For the skull crushers, I was taught by dr Mike to keep the elbows close to each other while yours are rather flared. Would you say this doesn’t matter much or is it up to personal preference?
Yes. Hammer curls will hit your biceps some, just like pullups and rows, but it hits your brachioradialis really hard, and those other exercises don't.
This guy is saying nothing new at all. His physical appearance is good and noticeable but nothing overly special. I think what separates him; is he’s just a cool arse dude. Not forcing anything. Calm, effective, succinct and fluid. Being himself. Respect broski.👊🏿
Eh, arm blaster is fine but if you wanted something similar to an incline curl you can do a Meadows curl. Basically just an elbow supprted seated db curl. You can do it either facing away on a lat pull-down or preacher bench.
please do a version of this but for chest and back antagonist exercises. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE INCLUDE MULTIPLE LOWER BACK EXERCISES! I also had a question for you, i recently started doing dumbbell or barbell pullovers as i lay on a bench and i feel a tremendous stretch in my lower back that HELPS eleviate lower back pain. Why do I feel this?
Best lower back exercise I've ever done is single leg Romanian deadlifts using a kettlebell (57 lbs atm). I did them once just to try, and immediately added them to the rotation as they touched muscles that normally went unused.
I hope you enjoy this cheeky arm day guys..
Want to mix calisthenics and weights?
Get my hybrid program: fitnessfaqs.com/product/hybrid/
Great video. Maybe you can update hybrid with this new videos (I assume more are coming)? And maybe add a bro split to the program? 😅
I just wanna thank u for the high definition of calisthenics and weighted exercises broo
Bro's videos are just getting better and better
As are his arms 👀
I agree!
This guy's physique is OUT OF THIS WORLD, and on top of that he's getting shredded.
He can compete
His arms and shoulders are stupidly lean but still big, like almost suspicious haha. Don't see anyone get that lean unless they are competing
@@Celestian2005No, have you seen Hadi? Lol

More content like this covering other muscle groups would be great 👍
One of the best muscle insertions I've ever seen.
Really tempted to purchase his hybrid plan! Dude knows what's up
I purchased recently & worth the $ I paid. Highly recommend
This style of video is way better than his YT shorts. Job well done this video was an absolute masterpiece 💯
Daniel, this style of video is BRILLIANT! So helpful having you walk us through each exercise in person. Your physiotherapy expertise really comes through like this. Thanks for the excellent video.
Your the best teacher demonstrating each exercise clearly and with correct form. Thanks for showing us step by step. Cheers
I don’t normally watch lengthy training videos but this I watched from start to finish.
Please post your complete chest workout next. Thank you Daniel. Amazing physique as always!
WOW! I love all your content, but this is the best video yet I reckon!
Such an honest straight to the point video. Subbed.
That was great! It would be amazing to see full split video for the week workout with dumbbells and bench only from such expert as you.
Great job on these videos-- super clean, informative and not cringey 👍👍
Another fabulous video from Danial. Thanks for the amazing content! You look absolutely jacked btw.
Super enjoyable workout, Daniel, many thanks! The explanations about posture and reps are clear and super helpful, and thanks to you, I’ve finally sussed out how to place my legs for preacher curls - the struggle with my bench is over 😁

Remember - gettting bigger biceps guards well against golfers elbow, and hammer curls in particular helps to heal it if you have it.
Free quality info cheers Daniel
The best content and such detailed explanations pure gold !!
Excellent,never disappoint 💪
What a great and amazing video. Thank you, you're the best 💪🏽
Great instructions … thanks coach !
Thank you!!
brilliant! thank you very much for this tutorial
Thanks, I'm never going to be able to squeeze out my last few reps again without hearing you in my mind saying "getting nasty with it" 😂❤🔥
Dude, your arms are insane
I just like to combine the both weight and body weight together I feel the super set bomb
That was an enjoyable entertaining instructional video. I don't possess a bench, but I'm wondering if my sun lounger might be a substitute - might be too wide, is my initial thought.
Great video as always!!!
Awesome! Love your videos!
YUP. this is an amazing routine.
Amazing video bro🤜🤜
Excellent
Great video
Great video! Can you recommend a brand of incline bench?
You are a great representative of natural bodybuilding. Great physique and inspirational for all of us. In fact I believe you have a degree not sure if you are a physical therapist or something like that and dont do drugs. Im sick and tired of watching drug users giving advice on lifting. Thanks
He has a Masters degree as a physiotherapist
I do a combination of both weights and bodyweight, but I've always preferred bodyweight first.
Would love to try this! Where should you place this routine in a 5-day a week program?
I like floor skull crushers with a kettlebell. It feels amazing and let's me go heavy.
I know it's supposed to be dumbbell only, but since you included bodyweight, I think the pelican curl you've shown in other vids is a really good stretch at lengthened position but also has the fully extended arms behind you. DB Incline Curls are King. My PR is 6 reps with 25 kg DBs. I usually go a tad bit lighter though.
Great! Which weight are the dumbells you're using on each exercise? Thanks!

Woah... Daniel is sooo Shredded you can see all of his fibers
Do forearms
These are all the exercises that I do for my Arm 😅
What about pelican curls for the stretch?
This video is pure gold, 9999 fine. I’m doing most of these exercises and will be making some adjustments.

Alternate dumbbell curls ftw
Which head of the triceps does the dips hit?
Do you think hammer curls are necessary if we already do pull ups and rows?
Yes. Hammer curls will hit your biceps some, just like pullups and rows, but it hits your brachioradialis really hard, and those other exercises don't.
Is there another way to do incline curbs if I don't have a 45 degree chair?
Dagdag ko na yung powerbank sir
Why don’t we also do Incline seated Hammer Curls as well? Since our body will also use momentum to compensate, like in the regular curl

Is using an arm blaster an adequate substitute for a preacher curl when an incline bench isn’t available ?
Eh, arm blaster is fine but if you wanted something similar to an incline curl you can do a Meadows curl. Basically just an elbow supprted seated db curl. You can do it either facing away on a lat pull-down or preacher bench.

IS there without Dumbbels?
Barbell, cables or calisthenics
What about those delts though goddamn!

I have only 6kg dumbel
Stretch mediated hypertrophy has proven to be useless in trained lifters
What if my wrist hurts whenever i do hammers
if I were in your position, I would refrain from doing this.
