Dude, anytime! and yes, you do lol. You need a cardioid dynamic mic, with USB assuming it's going straight into your computer. My recommendation is either the Samson Q2U or Audio technica at2100. I have both and they're fantastic for the price.

I could watch these all day. The chest mount looks cool, but you can't beat the immersive factor of the front mounted camera with your front wheel. Awesome commentary as always, love the shenanigans.

I was pretty nice, I think Tuna just beat you guys. Rule #1 of being in the break - don't get dropped from the break. On a flat course like Alviso, there's no reason he should have gotten away from both of you. One of you needs to be chasing/attacking while the other is saving something for the finish in case the attacking doesn't work.
@@Timtimzi put another way I would say I had exactly enough in the tank at the end. I was in just about every move of the day and I had to solo bridge to one of the earlier breaks that didn't stick. If you remember I was even putting in extra work with one and two laps to go. This was when you were trying to skip pulls and I was encouraging you to keep it going. Stefan's pull gave me just enough of a breather and also provided me with the momentum to distance myself from the 3 of you. After that, it was all gut and heart. Lest anyone think I was just sitting in.....

I like the chest mount because we can see your peripherals, but I don't like how things that are far away look a lot grainier than they did with the handlebar mount.
Are you guys still doing Alviso in the coming weeks? All races in Oregon and Washington are cancelled... Even the big drop ride that happens every week is no more.

Chest mount! Also...is this course protected somehow, that I haven’t been able to see?! Seems like you guys take a lot of risks at intersections but I never see cars in the direction of the race(often In the opposite direction)!
I like the chest mount, but when I recorded a full gas ride, I found that I was getting aero, and all you could see was the top tube… I know you can adjust it, but for me there’s no way to get all of the footage looking forward.
Love the angle of the chest mount better than the handle bar view... but you’ll have to work on shrinking the size of your biceps... they were getting in the way... 😎

I’m torn on the chest mount.. it’s a cool perspective, but comes at the cost of some peripheral footage that you don’t really appreciate until you lose it. Either way, cool vid!
No prob - what I mean is your biceps take a chunk of the left/right side of the frame when you’re not sprinting.. in reality, you’re not cutting into a ton of valuable footage, but there were a number of times I was trying to look at a rider who your arm was blocking. Then again, I like how realistic the perspective is, hence why I’m torn.
hi @norcal cycling, why in p1/2 races people are using saddle bags , il a race you don't have time to change an innertube, you either change wheels or your done. i don't see the point in racing with extra weight.
Chest mount's better becuase this time we can see whenever you you/you're being checked on you shoulders haha. although it may give you disadvantage on aerodynamics, but then again, nationsno1beast lol

I prefer the old camera setup. The arms are distracting and the camera makes them look 5 feet long. But still love your vids
