I've watched probably hundreds of covers of Dream On. I immediately go to the scream in each video because that's the part that tells you if the person can sing it or not. I came across your "The Voice" performance, and out of the hundreds of video covers I've watched, yours is the absolute best and it's the only one to not just come close, but nail those "dream on" high notes in just the right way. If you can't sing that high notes, it doesn't mean that you aren't good singer :D If it was like that I would say that Ariana Grande is the best singer in the world :D noh8 I like Ariana but important part about singing is working with emotions for example, you can't have a happy face when you're singin about dying :D do you understand? I didn't say anyone in particular was a bad singer, I'm talking about being able to sing this song in particular and have it sound good/right. This song has high notes that are most important to get right, it's the climax of the song, what it builds up to, and they HAVE to be sung correctly. They are a combination of high register with just the right balance of purity, gravel/growl and scream in the timbre.

Dream On is a song I've always liked. It's a very powerful song and I always tought that no one could sing it in the same way... But you're amazing! You put your soul when you sing, that's what I love, you are unbelievable.
