Hi matt love the drone footage gives us a all round look at the property. Sone fabulous things left behind. The electric on baffles me as when we dont pay we are threatened with it being turned off. It just needs a clean & you could move in. The house was loved. Glad you & adam found it & loved it while you were there as it should be. The 1962 letter had me in tears its so sad. Thanks matt

Matt the letter - "It will be nice to spend a few days with you, as I have go to go steady for a time. I am glad I've got as far as this, there is only the stitches now and an X-ray before I come out. I've got lots of news but tell you when I see you. I shall be able to get started on my hat now, the nurse has just brought me my tablets. Still that doesn't bother me. I am looking forward to a good lump of Xmas Pud. Those in this ward, had a real good Xmas with Sherry, Port or Beer and soft drinks, ice cream etc. a lot too much really. I think this about all for this time, as I expect the Visitors will be here soon and they go round the beds etc. So will close and wish you all a very Happy New Year and all the best for 1962. Hi matt, this was a lovely explore. The farmhouse is still in such good condition considering its been abandoned for such a length of time, no fallen in ceilings or floors, no water damage. Just shows how well it was build, it is still standing! Great to see my two favourite explorers working together. 😉👍🏻

The house is surrounded by such lovely, lush green countryside. The well with the blue little flowers is ideal for a painting. Love that the house is built out of red brick with is quite common in Europe. So nice to look at. Imagine being called a spinster at the young age of 18.🤔WHat? Thanks for the great explore. This is lovely to see, i live very close to this house, lot of familiar names & some of the companies names on the paperwork are still going to this day, reguarding the little red book all the figures are i think the amount of hay or straw bales sold to other farmers.

Yes, it does seem like a peaceful, if somewhat melancholy house. Things looked neatly kept and were probably uncluttered before orher persons started pulling it apart and messing it up. You were very respectful and it was a pleasure to watch you.

30:54 The letter was probably written in a hospital recovery ward in which multiple patients recovered in the same room with little privacy, and the visitors all came in at the same time to visit their loved ones. Edy and the other patients have just celebrated Christmas with hospital-provided alcoholic beverages and sweets, and now she is looking forward to being released so she can spend a few days recovering while visiting the people to whom she is writing the letter and to begin working on the hat she wants to wear. The letter says (with my edits for clarification):
"It will be nice to spend a few days with you, as I have got to go steady [take it easy] for a time, I am glad I've got as far as this, there is only the stitches now and an exray [X-ray] before I come out. I've got lots of news but [I'll] tell you when I see you, I shall be able to get started on my hat now. The nurse has just brought me my tablets. Still that doesn't bother me, I am looking forward to a good lump of Xmas pudding. Those in this..."

At 7:39 I thought you said old fashion bondage kit. Stopped loading dishwasher to get a better look just as you was holding up the small bit of cloth. Thought it looked a bit small for bondage. Since there is a lot of houses with short ceilings....hear you say that it for a broken toe from a bandage kit. Laughing is good for the soul. This is moment in time that an " old fashion bondage kit " will not be soon forgot. 🙃💥❤️💥

I think that's just a pump for show as normal there is a lid on a a old well or brick wall around that house might not be connected to the sewer the toilet was right filled up 💩🤮 wat a true shame the old boy lost he's wife all that time must of been a lonely life and the house was a nice old house and everything has not been touched shame it's been abandoned makes you think did they have children
There are some buildings that are so negative they harbor evil. These entities can attach to visitors. Spiritual cleansing is necessary after you leave. Please be careful.

The first bedroom you went in was probably last inhabited by the lady on the medical card. She died in August 2019 and was the last of the 11 siblings to die. There were 8 sisters and none of them married, which is really strange in that era. They worked across 3 farms.
Them dishes could be worth a good bit of money. Along with a lot of the furniture and an what not. Before it gets gets destroyed by people vandalizing the place that is a beautiful house

The utilities are likely on as there is money in the bank and the bills are on Direct Debit and if the house is in Probate or there is no one around to close the accounts it will be on until the bank is empty. Very sad.
The round object you thought was a grinder thing, looked very much like a rubber used to erase mistakes on an old fashioned typewriter

Nice explore Matt! Sweet little house, or should I say tiny? I'm guessing the house was kept in the family and passed on to the next generation. So it seems from the documents. And I'm guessing from the dog poo, and china being wrapped and packed away in boxes, someone is making some decisions about the house. Plus the electric and phone are still on. Because there is no running water, and the bathroom is a toxic waste zone, they stay for a very short time. Please don't ever investigate any that makes you gag!

That marriage certificate looks as though it were signed just yesterday. Memories fade and disappear in time, with the people who lived and passed over. So sad and very moving 💐
