What’s up Shaun. I just wanted to say I just met you and Rosangela at the Arnold. I was the guy in the Coast Guard uniform that walked up. Sometimes you get disappointed by certain people but I have to say you were as nice and professional as I hoped you would be. That’s how fans are made man. Couldn’t have been more humble and gracious so thanks for living up to your image. Now you have an even bigger fan. Keep it up.
His form is so smooth and unbreakable. It's amazing how much control he has when he is lifting. No ego lifting at all, just pure strength, smoothness and coordination.
you remind me of the pros i used to train with at Pumping Iron Gym in NYC back in the 90s. No attitudes or look at me. Just a reg guy doing work. Still inspired at 63 here.
Dudes body is going to swallow he's own head. Wow what an impressive guy, he's attitude and focus is on another level. Open Olympia guys had better be worried because this guy is going to cause the universe to shift in he's favour.
This is going to be awesome watching you. Biggest you ever been and still growing 👌🏽starting to look like HULK bro bro muscles running out of space to go💪🏽appreciate the pictures you normally like to keep that on the low🤝🏼
Be You brother! Is everyone else one of the best bodybuilders on the planet? Have they ever won an Olympia 212 title? Have they ever won an open IFBB show? Have they ever won a Natty world title? Do what works for you. F#$% everyone's negative energy! Great content as always!
So woow she got her fingers on the bar As you say Shaun it’s a mental thing she is not lifting but all the weak people have to talk there shit 😂 You are fricking strong now 👍👍👍💪💪💪 and big. Keep it up champ
If you talk about Matt Jansen, he has been Shaun's coach for about 6 years. Back when John (RIP 🙏) was still living, John was responsible for Shaun's training while Matt handled his nutrition.
Who gives a shit about you having a spotter anyway?!? It’s clear that you’re doing the work, your the fucking champ for fucks sake!!!! Keep doing the work bro! ✊🏻✊🏻
Anybody giving you shit for your lady putting her hands on the bar has never lifted any heavy weight for legit reps in their life. When you're doing heavy sets (4-6 reps), the first rep of the first set is always the hardest and most dangerous because you're brain doesn't know what it's up against. I always have my spotter put their hands on the bar just for my own MENTAL stability, my brain gets reassurance, and then you do the rep to see how it feels. 9 times out of 10, the SECOND set of 4-6 is stronger than the first because the first set gets your brain in gear as to what it's up against, and the second set it's like, "OK muthafucka. Get out of my way so I can do this.". Every time that happens I end up pushing MORE reps on the second and third set, my spotter tells me it was better than the first, and they insist they didn't even touch the bar. All because they had their hands "near" as mental support.
People giving you grief about a spot? Do they know you're a bodybuilder? It's about growing muscles, not maxes, or egos. Slight incline, Mountain Dog style.
Hey man who cares what other people think? Your lady is there to help and protect you from hurting yourself! That's a good...no great spotter! At least she's not looking around and fooling around on the phone like other knuckle heads
if anyone would give you shit because your spotter has their hands on the bar actually never pushed more than 315 or 405 on an incline bar....matter of fact probably never pushed 225lbs!!!
