The 6th hole plays and looks a lot better on the second loop. It plays longer and more elevated on a second tee further back and left. A completely different aspect to the hole. 😊
Despite the spelling, the course seems to be pronounced something like "Crix." That's Ireland for you. Fun and scenic course when I was there several years ago. Also, I'm not sure you had a good angle or vantage point in filming #6, but I still remember that hole.
I feel like the surrounding on hole 6 is really lovely and overall is solid par 3, but do feel the drone shots on IG overhype it a bit. Additionally, the claims of being the best par 3 in all of Ireland is tough for me given how many amazing courses there are in that country. But that is the beauty of golf courses, everyone can try them out and have their own take!
Don't think it actually ended up being that much. Think I paid around 35, but figured it's a course I'll likely not have the chance to visit again so might as well try it once!
