Financial discipline for running Cash Credit CC or Overdraft OD Facility in Bank
How to handle Cash Credit (CC) & Overdraft (OD) limits :
1. Bank charges monthly interest on loan account at the end of month
2. Interest part is added up in Principal amount.
3. As per RBI guidelines customer need to serve interest in next 30 days or otherwise the account become irregular.
4. many customer are unaware about this fact and they unknowgly do not serve interest and thei CIBIL gets hit.
