please brush up on your folding. that wasn't even folding, it was mixing. you broke too many bubbles and over-mixed the batter. be gentler on incorporating the almond flour and egg white mixture and you'll get macarons that aren't crunchy and have good amount of feet. please watch videos on how to fold, this isn't really a good 'how to' video.

Seems to me that the macarons still turned out great.
WL Leong the macarons look perfect to me! The folding is fine and she wouldn’t get more than 1K likes if it was that bad!
