!!! DANGER !!! Read The Friendly Owner's Manuals. Does the manufacturer recommends, or not, the installation of seat covers? Cars today are a bit more complicated than a 1973 Dodge Polara. First, there are sensors in the seat that regulates the force of the AIRBAG deployment. Any seat cover will affect its reading and it might just not deploy at all for a lighter person. Second, most car have SIDE AIRBAG that come out of the side of the back rest. How will these airbags come out... behind the back of the occupant... explode in some corner and not deploy at all... destroying all of its protection capabilities? I drive a VW, it explicitly states not to install seat covers. Read your Owner's Manuals or the only thing you will do is invent a new mouse trap. Further more, expose yourself to lawsuits like you've never been.
