I am from the United states. I have the legal eagle xl plans. I love what you've done here. Is the fuselage aluminum also? I was wondering how you got the dimensions for all of the wing ribs,spars, and other parts. This is great and you have a new subscriber keep up the good work.
Thank you for your attention. I only replaced the wing. Other parts are roughly the same as the original plan. The fuselage is a welded structure of 4130 steel tubes. The wing is made according to the wing size of the 《Fighter》 aircraft and the structure of the aerolite 103 aircraft. If you need, please leave your email. Real nice job you have done. I like the modifications you have done. You are close to getting it done. The tail feathers look great. The landing gear takes a pounding so put some safety cables on them, in case of unfortunate collapse. It happens. I tested my gas tank at 2psi. An spray soap. Good luck.
the wing build is similar to the fighter ultralight design (PDF plans available online), and the fuselage is similar to legal eagle design, well done! a good combo to choose from Id love to get a hold of you but how? Wish I knew you language.
looks like he's building wing based off of affordaplane design and the fuselage looks simular to legal eagle?, I went to your channel and cant figure out what your building? look like wood wings from legal eagle?, and his wing is entirely different from legal eagle? so how do you know the weight of his wing? Im trying to find someone to collaborate with for a combo build of affrodaplane wings matched up to a legal eagle fuselage, IMO the best combo of all.
@@sacooper802 no the best combination is a loehle sport parasol, all wood, stronger than aluminum and steel and lighter, larger gross weight, or the german REBELL if you like steel and aluminum
Great Craftsmanship! I'm thinking of building a Legal Eagle, but I have been reluctant to do so because of the wooden wings. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with the wooden wings. I currently have a Challenger and I love the simplicity of the aluminum wings. So the next question in my mind is, do you think your airplane will be similar in weight when compared to the wooden wing version? Or more simply, what will it weigh when it's done? Would love to hear your thoughts...Great Job!!!

The aileron yoke must be installed apart, on the torque tube, and not in the joystick. Every time you use the elevator the aileron will act as a flap.
