I'm in the planning phases of building the legal eagle :) Stupid question, can I MIG weld the 4130 tube for the fuse?

Use a Smith mini torch on 035 to 035. 062 to 035 use the torch to give you enough heat , or mig weld hot down hill.
Does the tail have to be folded in order to fold the wings? Tail wing span isn't as big of a problem for me as the wing span.
