Not often you see a simba solo working in the spring, but doing a good job and good to see you get right to the edges of your fields.Glad your pleased with new muck spreader, good condition and doing a good job.Dont often see many Deutz Fahr tedders about, calves look lovely.
That spreader looks pretty substantial, you said you hired on a larger one before buying your own, what about welding on some 18” tall sideboards, what’s that, about a half meter? I live a across the pond in Maine and it’s nice to see how you guys get things done over there, when I worked on a dairy as a kids I would have killed for a tractor that had a pick up hitch! Or did 50k down the road, 😂 I grew up around farming but my family did excavation work, I think you guys call it plant hire? But when I went out on my own I got a side job at my new boss’ grandfather’s dairy out and helping with silage on a 100 head dairy and we had an international 1066, 1206 and 1486, all 2 wheel drive but they did have dual rear tires and those little New Holland 195 style single horizontal beater muck spreaders, I loaded them with my boss’s Volvo L70E loader and we always tried to load the two small tractors first because they could only do about 25kph or so and the 1486 might have been able to get close to 40k an d our furthest silage corn ground was maybe 8-9km away and full of natural spring and soft spots and because that L70 did nearly 55k I could pass the 3 tractors on the road and be at the field with the big 5/8” link 🔗 monster tow chain on my bucket waiting, lol, it had rolling hills so I’d hook the chain to my bucket and drive ahead in reverse so I could use the bucket curl to push myself backwards when I spun out
I guessed that you were going to ask 1200 for that tedder great minds think alike form fellow farm not out to rip anyone off most dealers would charge a fair bit more thinking of profit margin but as farmers we don't worry about that cheers for sunny devon

A man of all trades, happy wife happy life 😂.
When the boss tells ya to do something, best get it done lad. 😳
Looking good 👍
It wouldn't matter what tractory got. It was the fact he got stuck in the middle of the field. You had to take the Mickey out of him.😅😅😅😅😊❤❤
What time you up this morning? Must be close to 3am
Birds start singing down in Stafford around 4:10..
Why dont you use 360 to load spreader
Not practical with heaps all at different locations
Why not plough for maize dry it out proper
We was running out of time , would have taken twice as long to dry out
