Knowing he had just come outta prison/ was the last person to see her/described what she was wearing....should have at least attempted questioning. • @kevinzondi2117
      @kevinzondi2117 4 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      There were too many possibilities at first. Police cannot go digging in people yards without a solid reason. Yes she was last seen at Tshidi's house and the uncles history of crime is another sign but you need concrete evidence (correlation does not imply causation). If the neighbors heard her scream or if someone saw the uncle digging then that is more concrete.

    Shoddy police work, that's what l call it. It is standard procedure for detectives to search for a missing person in the last known place they were seen. How the friend's house was never searched for all that while is a mystery. Cadaver dogs would have easily located her body and it would have saved the deceased's family the pain of waiting all those years to know about her brutal death.

    This is utter bull. How did it take another 3 years to convict someone if everything pointed in his direction? Didnt the uncle's criminal record raise a red flag fom the onset? Didnt the friend, regarding her uncle having a record when Palesa couldn't be accounted for after having left her with him?
    The mere fact that he didnt go to work that Monday raised a lot of suspicion. This is very shoddy police work

    Im generally paranoid...im not living my friend with any male friend or relative.If im going to work sisi you are waking up and going to your next destination the same time i go out for work thats how me and my friend operates.When she visits or when i visit.Just because my relative respects me doesnt mean they will respect my friend in my absence.

    Till today we still don’t know why she was killed, but my opinion Tshidi wanted Palesa bf check on the interview that was made ko Soweto TV when the bf and Tshidi were doing the awareness campaign

    The family didn't question the paving made out of stones? No man, they were supposed to have been arrested as well, because why did they keep quiet with such vital information.

    Wait!!!! So no one in the family or neighbours couldn’t smell when the body was deteriorating during that 3 years?
    In addition, the police couldn’t detect the uncle was lying when everyone else say they didn’t see her leaving the house/yard

    1st clue was him describing what she wore without anyone asking him. Who does that unless they are guilty. Also, who called to give the clue to the police? Like the viewer is left in suspense there.

    Police investigation is very amateurish. SA needs to take person’s disappearances with more seriousness ,invest in tools tand resources to make the process successful and efficient. A simple use of K-9 and cadaver dogs would have brought closure much quicker to the bereaved family. May the family find comfort in the guilty verdict.
