Yeah, training for athletics can feel like torture, but it really can be fun sometimes. I like seeing my times improve in training, and being a sprinter, I love the sense of speed I get when I run. Runners high is always fun too :)

It's a great video.....but there is one discipline missing: Racwalking.
It needs to be added into your next video, as racewalking is part of athletics. That is why this particular event is starting to collapse because people and channels like these don't show or promote it enough!!

Not mentally challenging, but it is definitely physically challenging. Sports like basketball, soccer, NFL, baseball, cricket, etc. are far more mentally challenging.
