Tippy Top/Top Yough Personal First Descent (PFD)

(04/06/2024) Tippy Top/Top Yough Personal First Descent (PFD). Such a neat stretch. The level was around 800 cfs. I did have a beater moment and flipped in the middle of Swallow Falls but was fine. I went way too far right. After that happened, I chose to walk the next drop below (Swallowtail Falls) especially with the level being juicy for it as well. Overall though, I had a blast and look forward to getting back out here at some point.

Great to see a rare video of Tippy Top. Looks like some challenging lines and features at that level. Definitely worthy of the upriver put in. Good roll at Swallowtail Falls. That’s some real pushy water, handled really well for a higher flow PFD.
