Thank you for doing the letrers - i found another youtube person who had alphabets but she didnt have all the capital letters, but did have thd lowercase letters. She makes 2 and top stitches them together and makes them into keychains. Thank you for all the capital letters
Thank you so much for the great tutorials. I finished A,... and now working on B and C. \i would like to ask, if it is possible to make 2 of each letters to stich the letters together and stuff it to make a keychain ? Did you ever try it? Thanks.
Hi there.Yours is the best chrochet site I found so far.Tahnk you for clear understandable "how to's" Can you help with a How to Veil for Barbie dolls please? My grandchildren are very impressed with my(your) little hearts. An of course they all want of them.Regards.Jackie.
Okay, I think it may be because I am a left handed person trying to crochet a right handed pattern. I simply cannot get this letter to go right. When I do the 2dc/tog x4, it makes it curve the wrong way. I frogged this already once because I did the 2dc/tog wrong (was putting 2dc's tog in the same st, not over the course of 2 st's)...BUT, at least it was curving in the right direction. After frogging and doing it correctly (2dc/tog over two ch's), it's now curving out & upward instead of in & downward...and somehow, I still have 4 ch's left unworked at the end (yes, even after the 3dc's at your end, lol). I'm inclined to think that many of these letters are going to be for right-handed crocheter's, as my B in the previous (A, B/P, C) tutorial got messed up as well. It turned out much bigger than the A & C. I guess I will have to search for the alphabet done left-handed...or give it a try creating my own.
Bridget Russell you can use a bigger hook or follow the same patter just add more stitches. But if you add stitches add stitches to each part. The same amount so it still looks symmetrical.
Other than connecting the bottom together I felt (so far as this is only the 4th letter I've worked up) this was pretty straight forward and the 2nd easiest as the C was pretty easy with no joining
I can't believe I got it on the first time. Thanks for going slow enough to grasp the stitches. :)
