Yep this is exactly how I explain it. You need to dissect out the shapes that don’t need to be there. And the callout of what doesn’t need to be there is literally typed in chat. The challenge mode you do have to think a little more, but not much.
I messed around with a website similar to that a month ago and stumbled on this strategy. It works perfectly, however there is one situation where if the left and mid statues have the same 3D symbol you will want to skip over the mid statue and do right 2nd otherwise you wind up making 3 swaps for something that should be 2
The 3D shapes the statues hold are “made” of two 2D shapes. The pyramid, sphere, and cube are made up of TWO triangles, circles, and squares respectively, so they refer to them as being doubled up or double shapes, etc. Dissecting on the outside is effectively trading 2D shapes between statues to create a 3D shape. The first dunk primes the dunked shape to be traded. The second dunk then completes a trade, and effectively swaps the position of those two shapes. Say you have Pyramid in the first statue and Sphere in the second statue. For the first dunk, if you put a Triangle in the first statue, you’re telling the game I want to swap this triangle away from here with another shape. Now you go put a circle in the 2nd statue with the sphere shape. When you dunk that, you tell the game to swap the sphere with the triangle. Now your first statue has a circle and a triangle, and your second statue also has a circle and a triangle. These are now both cones, because that shape is a triangle and circle combined (triangle on top, circular bottom). You would keep trading to finish it out of course, but this is just so you understand what’s happening when you are “dissecting” which effectively means cutting things apart and moving them around.
The call out is the key. The only actual requirement is that the outside statues have no shapes matching the call out. For inside to escape they have to dunk each shape they started with once, and their wall shape must match whatever the respective outside statue is holding.
Thats because the why is irrelevant. But the reason why it works is the outside shape will never contain the the inside shape. Also the outside shape will never be a double shape (outside of challenge). So by dunking from left to right matching the inside calouts you know you are always moving in the right the direction. From the double shape start it works exactly the same but you start on the double instead because one of the statues won't have the needed callout to take from. For the triple double it's super easy and I feel like it is self explanatory if you understand the previous statements
@@_Enygma_ so if im inside and i am at the point i can make my key, the shapes on the wall (my key) are the shapes the outside need to combine to get the right 3d shape? is that correct?
The only instance where you are to make double shapes intentionally as a dissector is on challenge. But I'm not sure if this comment is talking about inside or dissection?
Lol, ok. If this doesn’t clear it up for people I don’t know what to say 😂😂 Sorry. But you’re a lost cause if you still don’t understand it after this.
I raided with the guy that made the verity website. Pretty chill dude.
Don't forget everyone, the order that the knights drop the symbols left to right is CTS. That is how they always spawn. Great video!
This is actually a really good description. Subbed

This actually makes it so much simpler
Thank you good sir, you have made the Destiny World a better place today. 😎🙏🏻

If double shape is in right you go from right to left.middle is also possible but this is what ive learned
IMO the easiest way to dissect is to walk to the front and get pulled each time so someone else has to dissect
That does seem to work a lot, wonder why 🤔
I love this!! It's so simple and effective!!
Thanks bro
this is awesome! 👏🏻
Got it, get two of the shapes my own statue is holding and never give them to anyone else. Thank you for teaching me Verity.
Woah woah woah bud, this is the dissect guide. Lol.
Wtf.... tyvm for the vid this helped a lot.
i really still wont get how to change the shapes
Huh?
What do you mean by “double shape”?
2 squares, 2 triangles or 2 circles
He literally explains what he means right after he says it
Lol

I feel bad for beating this encounter so many times but still not understanding it lol
1:46 *3 double shapes
I'm still confused lol
Finally
Niceeee could you add mobile compatibility to your simulator when you have the chance ?
Love how all the ppl describing this never explain why or how. It's just the answer without showing work.

It’s straight forward if u know the mechanics to the encounter

Why does every say to make double shapes first that takes an extra step??? Like all you need to do is make one of each shape in each group.

Its shocking how many people simply cant begin to understand this encounter
No one can explain it properly
Just reading these comments makes me despair for humanity. Dude can’t make it simpler and people still ask what he means…
Shows how shitty the encounter is
@@FunDadHubbyNah people are just dumb

Some people are terrible at Geometry. 😱
