      Hi Al, thanks for dropping by. The Class 92 is so impressive and with extra running the Class 59 is gradually getting quieter. All the best David

    Hi David, fabulous 92, and update, thanks for the mention too. Intrigued by the 707 project to see how it'll take shape and the 59 is fab. Susannah

      Thanks Susannah, the class 92 is simply the best loco I have ever owned it is amazing, the detail, build and finish is absolutely top notch. With the Thameslink project I hope to make some decent progress bar the lighting and maybe get a 5 car set painted with both cabs attached and liveried running on the layout over the next few months . The class 59 is fabulous and at such a great price just need to work out how to get a driver installed and add the bufferbeam detail to the 59 and 92. All the best David

    Hi there! I believe it's my cabs that you purchased from shapeways (my shop is tjfRail). It's nice to see them being used for a conversion project. I ended up having to change the size of them because someone wanted to buy them in a different size, and that's the reason for the increased price. I've never got round to resizing them again but may do in the future. Best of luck with the conversion :)

      Thank you so much for dropping by the channel. The cabs are excellent, it was great that I could find these cabs as these units are local to me and great for some EMU variety on the layout. Hopefully I can get 1 coach converted and painted in the next few weeks and then go from there

      @@warwickroadmodelrailway Thank you for your kind comments about the cabs! I initially planned to scratch build a unit, as there are key differences with the underframe detail, bogies and of course the window layout. In the event that proved to be very costly with 3D printing so I may well end up undertaking a similar conversion project in the future :)

    Great update.
    Your GBRF class 92 looks fantastic.
    I have just got the Dapol class 59 in the same livery & I have no issues with mine.
    I have heard others have had similar problems that you mentioned but these had gone once run in.

      Thank you so much for dropping by the channel. The Class 92 is stunning, I have just get a decoder and very much looking forward to running it on the layout. With more running the Class 59 is getting quieter just going to look at the lights to get all 4 headlights on at the same time.

    I`ve used rusty buffers on my lima tankers you could and shape to it with some modelling putty, straight runs of trunking I use square plastic tubing you can cut a slither into it for open tops curve it, I just but the detailing packs for Tee`s and bends better explanation in my Ten commandments Goodies video, I like the sound of the mould though, I hope the 59 improves im still waiting on the sound fitted one.

      Hello, thanks for the advice on the buffers and cable trunking, I will look at both. The mould is great as I can just cast when I need to and with such a big layout I would be spending and absolute fortune with Scale Model Scenery. I may got for a sound fitted class 59 when the second batch is released. All the Best David

    Have you seen Everard Junction doing his detailing of his Class 59?

    Hi David wow your class 92 looks absolutely stunning I’m very tempted myself, with your awesome class 59 I had similar issue with a clicking sound in one direction but after running it in for an hour, half each direction the noise just disappeared and now I have no issues, but a stunning loco it really is, I would like to take this opportunity to say I love watching your vids and content on your amazing channel, so enjoyable and so relaxing to watch, you explain everything really well keep up the fantastic work on your layout kind regards Danny 👍🏻👀🤩👋🏻

      Hi Danny, Thank you so much for your comments I really appreciate. It is so gratifying to get such positive feedback. I am really pleased and it gives me a boost to keep producing content.
      The class 92 is amazing, if you can get one I don't think you'll be disappointed, its the best loco I've ever owned, simply amazing, same quality and detail as you are experiencing with your mk5 coaches.
      With Regards to the class 59 I ran it for about 1.5 hours pulling 10 Bachmann JGA hoppers which are quite heavy for a wagon and I did think that it had been running a bit quieter from the running I did on Friday, good really as I really love it and did not want to have to send it back. Keep up the great work on your layout and hopefully I'll get to see a class 92 on Iver Junction. Kind Regards David.

    Where did you get that station platform from?

  • @rowdyperson6393
    @rowdyperson6393 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    What’s that in between the tracks by your station. Is it a plot of land in an allotment that you have created. Thanks

    • @warwickroadmodelrailway
      @warwickroadmodelrailway  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello, thanks for dropping by my channel. The patch between the tracks is just abandoned land which is a bit overgrown, I plan to add a few items rails, sleepers etc. All the best David

    My 59 had same issue. It was the flywheel hitting the body. The motor alignment is easy to alter with the body off. The motor fixing is not the best.

      Thanks you David, I will definitely look into this although with extended running it is a lot quieter but will still need looking at. All the Best David
