i can't watch it... i have to minimize the vid and only listen. the camera shifting isn't really smooth... the camera crew and direction needs work to be seemless. somehow i expected eastern europe NOT under soviet/russo control would have gotten up to western european and american standards by now. it's been, what, 3 decades?

Do not believe everything you read in the media. I believe Costa will do an excellent job with the EU. Congratulations to both Costa and Kallas.
