Which shoe midsole cushioning feels the most similar to the adidas alpha bounce slide? I love those slides too because they have just the right amount of squish and firmness and I’ve been looking for a pair of shoes that has the most similar cushioning feeling. What's the difference between the alphabounce and alphabounce basketball slides?
i buy the alphabounce......and loveeeeeeeeeeeee it thank you! im alway searching for the more CONFORT SHOE ...for heavy body
the Pharrell slides are such a step up from the base model. the strap is super nice and I think that helps the just-okay comfort of the midsole not be as much of a pain point. definitely a really solid option. while probably not worth $100, I also think you could do so much worse for so much more.
The firmer cushion of the alphabounce seems to translate better as a slide than sneaker. It really does support well and walks well.
I have the alphabounce slide way back 2019 at a Hong Kong adidas store in navy blue and black colorway, still rocking them till now, it's my go to slide. Comfortable and durable.

I've been rocking the Adidas Adillete Aqua for the last 1 year and I wear them all the time, i wear it at the house, going to the market or taking shower. The best part is it's so light weight and comfortable and it dries very very quickly. It's still brand new and only has minor cracks or wrinkles on the stripes. I always clean it with a brush and shampoo while showering and it feels smooth on my feet after it dries out.
Man those sketchers slides are one of the most comfortable I've used made me switch slides!

Hokas are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn but Hes doesn't like Hokas for some reason.
@@saysoun752 I've never tried Hokas since I'm not much of a runner. I did however get into a healthier living style in 2021 which just happened to coincide with my start of sneaker collecting. I wear a pair of Pegasus 37s when I go out on walks. Which Hokas would you recommend?
@@Aredude67 Really depends on what you do. If you're just walking or just want a super comfy shoe, get the Bondi 7. If you're a runner, then they've got all sorts of running shoes. It just depends on what type of feet you have, as far as if you're a neutral or have some sort of pronation. I wear the Bondi as I'm usually on my feet 8 - 10 hours a day walking on concrete flooring. I wear the Nike Pegasus 36/37 and Asics Novablast/Kayano if I'm running.

Agree with the top spot. I have been riding the alphabounce Adidas since 2017. These are my go to and since I live in Florida, my slides get rocked all year.

They don’t make them anymore, but back when Nike owned Hurley, the Hurley Phantom Sandal (flip flop, not a slide) was my favorite. Had a firmer foam (not squishy, more stable) w/ Nike Free flex grooves, and a really plush fabric/foam strap upper. They had a flywire-esque pattern on the straps.

Thank you for the video! I ended up buying and testing the majority of your recommendations. I ended up keeping 2 at the end that I found most comfortable. Alpha bounce 2.0 (which has an improved strap from the first alpha bounce) and the puma soft ride, which I'm surprised you didn't have on your list. It's very comparable to the Adidas comfort, but the strap is much better.

I work in a theme park, and so as you can imagine, as soon as I walk out the first thing I want to do is toss my work shoes… so I asked Siri to show me the best slides to check a list out and see which ones to buy… your video came up and started wAtching as I was driving home .. well I’ve decided, imma try the Skechers, Crocs, and the famous Yeezy slides!! I caught the boost slide on sale - absolutely love them! Would not recommend for a wide foot though. They are VERY tight for the first few wears.

After watching this video I had to compare a couple of pairs myself. Adidas Comfort Slides are incredibly soft and light weight. You nailed it on that. The Sketchers absolutely blew my mind. I don’t want to like them but they’re really really awesome. Your number 1 pick is the best looking and overall most wearable but not the softest, which is weird to say. I think you killed it on this. Definitely a new subscriber. Thanks!

Lol I like the Nike Asuna slides! I really like the design and the support it offers. Makes sense why you might not like it do you the aggressive bump in the middle. I definitely want to try the adidas ones though!

I think you should also try the peak taichi slide. It is hella soft for the feet but I've never tested all the other slides on the market so I cannot say how comfortable it is relative to other slide.
The under armour project rock slides are insanely comfortable and have the best grip

I purchased Tommy Hilfiger slides they are firm and comfortable not squishy perfect for wear around the house. I got them at Macy's backstage for the comfortable price of $14.99. For outdoor use something squishy is better. The yeezy review surprised me because I consider yeezy a lot of hype with high price to match. Great review thanks. 👏

I don't know what you're looking for in a Slide, but I swear by the Hoka Ora Recovery Slide. It took some work. I had to stretch the tops out to get them there, but once I did , oh my goodness. They feel so good. I love them.

I own asunas and honestly they were little bit disappointing. This sea-trashes-made sole seemd much more comfortable than it actually is. Anyways, they look really cool and after some time turned out soo soo comfy. Love them

Lol wearing those Asuna slides right now! Can definitely agree, the comfort is just not there. I bought them in a size 10 (I'm a 9.5), so maybe that could be a reason, as they don't really fit like they should. Use them now just to bum around the house in

Merrell has a slide based on the Hydro Moc, simply called the Hydro Slide. Mine's on order, so I can't give you an impression, but might be something worth looking into!

Puma Softride slides are heavily slept on. Definitely give them a try, for $35 I'd say they're a great option that could easily take a top 5 spot.

I really enjoy Reef for this reason, but it's kind of hard to know which slides are going to have a rubber sole nowadays without looking around for more info.

Seems Adidas had a good headstart perfecting their slides and just didn't relax for others to catch up. Slides have the added challenge of not having all-around support, so the developers need to focus on improving whatever is left to support the foot in different situations.
It’s unfortunate, but Adidas discontinued their cloudfoam slides… it’s the saddest thing ever because these slides were magical.

Just bought a $6 dollar(in my currency) no-name slide made with EVA. Not as comfy as the cloudfoam but more comfy than your normal adidas slide, i think its a good buy for the price.

Hi Hes. Have you heard of Deckers X Lab series? Supposedly very comfortable line of footwear, including slides, flip-flop, sandals, sneakers, etc. They're popular among runners as recovery footwear -- even better reviews than Hoka Ora or Oofos. Quite pricey but quality looks great. Probably worth a try :)

Hes I'm really trying to find some decent adjustable slides for narrow feet and having trouble. Any suggestions? The alphabounce velco wouldn't adjust far enough for my size 14 narrow ass feet
For me, the Nike Victori One slipper worked best. After longer runs, it's a pleasure to walk in these all day. I also bought a second of it.

While I love my alphabounce slides, they tend to retain water and sweat in the strap which makes em stink. They need more cleaning vs other slides.
Do you have a reccomendation for sweaty feet?
The alphabounce still takes then #1 spot even after all newer slipper release. Wore mine until its beyond fixable with shoe glue
Try to do a cutout for the slipper and see the internal of the slipper have empty spaces pocket and not solid foam.. Mind-blowing with those design and amazing comfort .
I cut the adilette slippers. I took the rubber sole off of the foam, and trimmed the sides to make them an insert for my shoes. Now my boots, sneakers, and dress shoes feel like walking on slides all day. Adidas need to make their foam technology into inserts for any shoe.
Alphabounces are Insanity tbh. I’ve had mine for about 3 years, they’re coming to their very unfortunate end but I will 100% be buying those stealthy black ones before my current pair get completely demolished

Have you ever tried an Air Underground 'Bubble Run' sandal? I couldn't find any reviews, but tried these odd looking sandals at a Shoe Dept / Shoe Show outlet store. They seemed comfortable and were pretty affordable, but given the lack of reviews, maybe there's a reason... Hopefully you can look into these.

I've had a few of the oofos but the Hoka Recovery sllides are the most comfortable by far. I have 9 pairs of them.(I live in Florida, flips flops are unofficially the state shoe.)
