Hey Hes great video. Have you tried the Fresh Foam More v3? It's supposed to be NB's max cushion running shoe. Wondering if I should go with that one instead of the 1080 🤔
The Puma RS-X has been my go-to vacation shoe for several years now. The original Toys version are still my favorite of them all and they look great too.
Having 5 pairs of 350’s and just getting my first pair of the 380 mist, I’d say the 380 is better and also feels more stable side to side. 350’s feel like I can’t roll an ankle if I step on something wrong. Still like the 350 look better though.

Thanks so much for all the hard work you've put in as I like you, used to wear Retro Jordans anytime I left home but much to the detriment to my knees and especially feet where the following day, I could barely walk and had to soak my feet that day. Switched to Pureboost then Ultraboost later primarily cause my Best Friend recommended it to me and also based on your reviews and I'm so glad you continue to post content about comfy shoes I that now own a pair of New Balance 1080V10s. Sad that I can't wear any of my iconic J's but my feet have thanked me for putting them first instead of being fashionable, I'm all sold out for comfort :D.

Have you done a traveling video for overseas traveling? I tend to take at least six pairs and slip ons, especially if you're going to an Asian country. Definitely a pair of slide on shoes since you will be taking your shoes off and on frequently. Shoes for walking for sure. Plenty of walking in Korea. Plus in the airports you will need comfort shoes because you might be in them for a long time during lay overs. Basically what do you recommend for such instances?
I have to say the PUMA-RS had been my fave comfy shoe.
Brook's Beast. A ton of support especially for bigger folks. And last 2-3 years even with wearing them everyday all day long. Not cheap but well worth the money.
My top 3 picks so far. 1) Pegasus 37 (or 38) 2) Ultraboost 21 (or any Ultraboost) 3) New Balance 327.

Glad to see New Balance twice!! Best support sneaker 990 V5!! Trying to find shoes I want at N B stores. BUMMED I didn't get N B on my B DAY Sunday!! After standing on N B machine at store manager let me know what shoes are best for my feet. Important to have GREAT support shoes after being run over then driver took off. I tried the cool shoes Vans, Converse, Keds like none have support for feet!! I do not plan on running in my N B unless the ice cream truck drove past me. :-) My soccer playing days are over, for now. May want to coach. I'm still looking for my Red Blue 990 V5 that looks like bomb pop big popsicle. This shoe screams summer!! Thanks for video!!

Just ordered my bm a purple pair of the zoomx invincible jointz I cant wait to get my own pair they r oogly af but probably the most comfy nikez I ever tried on, tho I dont luv the hard strobel boards or hollow feeling but they feel like walking on clouds or marshmallows and a bit like trampolines for ur feet with the energy return imho.... I am thinking of customizing me a pair if I can get em cheap that 180 or 168 vetz discount is still hefty imho I luv the ankle padding also but the tongue could b more detached and the upper design and even like that midsole sail dirty lookin color iz trash imho.... I do like the speccled version tho but I wanna do a jordan bc3 or all elephant or all speccled upper.....

We nurses struggle from long enduring 12 hour shifts given the state of Pandemic as well as understaffing plus other minor problems that piles up. We stand and walk most of the time so this video is really helpful. I’ll consider purchasing or trying some of the sneakers you’ve mentioned here. Just want to ask what’s your opinion on Gel-technology Asics and On Cloud? Most healthcare workers I’ve noticed are wearing them. I would say the top 3 I’ve seen from my peers and colleagues from healthcare are: New Balance, Asics and On Cloud. It’s Battle-Tested and Time-tested. Peace!!

Hey John, my name is Lachy and I work at a Running Specialty shoe store all the way out here in Australia, As a trained professional I love scrolling the comment section seeing what everyone is saying about the shoes. But I noticed no one had answered your query about the best shoe for you. So here you go! The best and most accurate way to get the best shoe for you is to visit a store like the one I work in where their specialty is running (this includes walking) and getting what is known as a gait analysis, where the employees will check your walking and running form and from there gauge what is best for you (neutral, support, maximal minimal, etc.) Or Better yet see a podiatrist (foot doctor) and have them recommend a variety for you. But in a direct answer to your question, you want a premium performance running shoe, as they are designed to take these constant loads for long periods of time. Personally I sell a lot of Hoka One One shoes for nurses and hospitality due to their maximum cushioning and rocker sole which takes the stress off the foot (Namely the Bondi, Arahi and Clifton models). On Running, while amazing for some is on the other end of the spectrum as it utilizes their proprietary technology (called cloud tech) to activate the small intrinsic muscles in the foot and strengthen it over time. If you have your heart set on them I would be looking at their max cushioning offerings of the "Cloud Stratus" (the new one) or the "Cloud Ace," again just to take the load off your joints. Otherwise more traditional running brands like Asics with their Flyte Foam and Gel Technology, Brooks with their DNA Loft foam, New Balance with Fresh Foam, Nike with React, Saucony with PWR RN and so on will be more than capable of keeping you as comfortable as possible while you do your amazing work on the front line as long as you get the right shoe for you and not the one that looks pretty. Also please avoid sketchers, they don't do you any favors, Hope you or anyone else who reads this a brief but helpful guide to performance footwear.

Most of us are doing back to back double shifts(16 hours), some I heard are even worse than that with minimal days off. Most people are getting sick, calling in sick, getting positive, etc.. It’s rough. But anyway, I just recently purchased the New Balance Fresh Foam 1080v11 White with Ghost Pepper. I’m really looking at the On Runnings right now but I will definitely consider what you recommend. The Hokas are too huge for me but I think that’s how it’s originally designed and made. Thanks for the information regarding how it strengthens your small intrinsic muscles and all that valuable info added. My past sneakers for work are the Adidas Ultraboost but since I’m slightly overweight, it got worn out after a year and a half. I also use Asics Gel Kayano when I go to the gym but not for work. got both shoe in my running rotation, Nb rebel far more softer and bouncier compare to invincible.
I’d take the Rebel V2 over any honestly. I just really surprised how comfy these shoes are. Oh and the Merrell Hydro Moc for me is more comfy then the Crocs and look better as well

Wanted to love the 1080 v11, but the heel is too shallow… I feel like I might step right out of them at any moment. In the heel-to-toe transfer, when I roll forward to the toe, my heel slides upward, and then the shoe catches up. Again, feels like I could step right out of them. 🤷🏼♂️ The 1080 v10 worked better for me, especially in the heel, even though I don’t dig the aesthetics as much as the v11.

You should try peak taichi 3.0 cushioning all black from peaksportshop. More squishy and better upper than adidas ultraboost 21, NB Fuelcell rebel v2 and 1080 v11 for 146$. Air mail takes 2 wks but totally worth it!

@@heskicks my zoomx shoes are showing like a 30 something and some of my other shoes that I know are more firm are showing like low to mid 20’s. I went ahead and ordered the same one again, but with the C tip on it. See if it shows anything different for me. The little instructions that came with mine recommended the C for shoes and various foams so idk. 🤷🏻♂️
I work in the hospital and the invincible runs to the ground lol the foam is ripping and the rubber is slowly coming apart. Replacing them with over reacts !

How breathable are the ASICS nimbus ? I’ve been doing research as I walk all day in retail and my feet get hot. I’m not sure if I should aim for boosts as some people say the support in squishy shoes bottoms out after a while. Been looking at ASICS.

So why wouldn’t the (new balance fresh foam more v3) be #1 for you personally? The shoe has the fresh foam but even more lol I live by a new balance store and I always try on different shoes there when they come out and when I went to try the 1080 v11 the manager said they don’t even come close to the fresh foam more v3 and so I tried them on and they were pretty comfy I must say and the fuel cell was absolutely insane also. She even went on to say how she ran track and cross country in her past and so I assume she knows her stuff when it comes to the running shoes so I didn’t really question anything. But I wanted to see your input from a casual stand point?
I haven’t watched it, but about a year ago he reviewed the more v2 vs the 1080v10. If you wanna check it out sometime. I haven’t watched it personally so can’t say what his opinion was of the V2. I’m a fuel cell guy personally. Fresh foam a little to firm for my tastes.

I keep going back-and-forth on fuel cell versus fresh foam, both are insanely good! I like the 1080 V 11 better than the more V2 because I like the natural feel of the middle better, the more V2 reminds me too much of a hoka

I have a love hate relationship with Newbalance due to the massive N on the side. If I could get a cushion tech pair without so prominant an N on the side I'd buy a pair without a second thought due to how comfortable I'm told they are.

If you get lower back pain from being on your feet for a long time then I wouldn't go with most of these shoes. The soft heels on most of these will lead to back pain. I'll just wear a pair of running shoes.
