My Kundalini awakening happened spontaneously on a yoga retreat in 2017 i was grieving deeply the recent death of my father and the end of a serious love affair. I had been raised by a cruel violent sociopath then married a similar one. id NEVER known kindness from a man. The teach - a man - but a safe man kindly adjusted my psture and left me alone. spontaneously i started to cry - not sobbing just holy tears - they filled my ears as i was lying own then my shoulders then the matt. After class ended he clever and wisely simply left me. Having finally recieved tenderness and kindness from a man - my system rebooted; ive never been the same way again - in a good way. Thank you for this message - you are wise and good and kind. And we need more Godly men in this fallen world. x
My kundalini experience was spontaneous and I believe the Holy Spirit was there with me. This was the first time I felt amazing to be alive, couldn’t stop smiling, finding opportunities to serve, but this is when I came privy to the pain and suffering in the world, to my own soul, and I’m deeply empathic because of this. I’ve had to learn my lessons and battle my way through some scary encounters I could have avoided. I feel it was meant to happen exactly how it’s happening to this day. My life is forever changed because of a kundalini awakening and I will say If you’re called on the spiritual path with Jesus Christ as your guide, you are safely armored up in his name. The enemy cannot withstand His name and power. Make the ultimate creator your boss and go to that for direction in this game of life we’re playing.

I’ve been waiting for someone like you to talk about the Kundalini and how it impacts an individual. I accidentally awakened my Kundalini by meditating while pregnant 🤰🏻 during an eclipse and it lead me on a long path to God. I was given visions, messages, and premonitions. Without reading the Bible in its entirety or following anyone I was lead to Christ. Then I find many who say they are lead to Christ tell me that Kundalini is evil. Meditation is evil. How can I agree it’s evil when it’s how I got to where I am?
Those things are tools. Not inherently good or evil but can be used for good or evil just as anything else in this world. It all comes down to the persons intention who's using the tools.
Not evil, but evil can use it. Never channel, or allow anything to enter you. If you hear 3 knocks followed by, 'may we enter?' During meditation, say, 'only God may enter. '
Your creator doesn't need your permission. He's already within you.
It is evil but Jesus is morepowerful and when you have Christ in you He is more powerful than the onw who is in this world (the devil)> Jesus delivers us if we have any demons, spiritual attachments that are not from Him. The Kundalini is a counterfeit experience to being filled with the \holy \spirit.
@myrtleesther8855 what I have found is the kundulini is the same as the sacred secretion, just taught differently. The only thing wrong with it is praying to the priestess. I just replaced her name with Yeshua's. The sacred secretion is one of the things that was sacred hidden knowledge. Elites, free masons, and templars had this knowledge, and over time, different ones talked and wrote about it. When people thought it fantasy, they stopped trying to keep it hidden. Study the sacred secretion, which ties in old myths like Santa, the Christmas tree, and more. Wayne herschel has researched some of this information for decades. He's got a new documentary presentation on his theory that has some sacred hidden information as well. The only thing I can't understand from him is, after having an nde and seeing what he saw, along with the information he has uncovered, he stopped praying. My nde and demonstration only turned my faith to gnosis..because now I KNOW that everything in the Bible is true, and happened both here in this material reality as well as the spirit world at the same time. Neville Goddard says everyone gets a supernatural demonstration at some point in their lives. We are light beings placed into a temple of flesh. We continue on after our vessels of flesh break.
We are all here being tested. If you wish to test one's core, to the the truth of their spirit, you see how they act when they think no one's watching. We are here separated from the direct light and vibration of our creator, memories wiped and all but this material now veiled from us. Parents should test their children this same way. If you want your demonstration, get off by yourself and pray to God in Yeshua's holy name..tell him anything supernatural you remember of your life, then ask him to show you the truth of things and how they work. Ask for his knowledge and wisdom with the understanding to use it.
We are light. Light is frequency, and frequency is vibration. So, it is important that you use your mind and your heart in prayer. Pray in faith, It is your faith that sets you free. Doubt kills all manifestation. I simply thought of how I felt about Santa as a child before I knew the truth, then I put that feeling towards Yeshua and into my prayer.
I started receiving information the very next day, and was led to meditation, which is a necessity..
Listen to Neville... we really do awaken within our own skulls, and it is astoundingly awesome.
There are stories in the Bible, like Jacob's ladder, that are about this stuff...it's why he named the place of his vision pineal.. meditation is why John couldn't tell if he was in his body or out of it..he was sitting in meditative prayer. He'd already Astral traveled, or he wouldn't have thought to say that.
It’s just an impersonal and mechanical understanding in a relational universe.

I had a spontaneous awakening of Kundalini 35 years ago and went through many experiences I soon learned that this was not what I was looking for because it was taking my whole attention, so I directed myself toward psychotherapy which lasted a few years. But again this was not what I was looking for and the crying of my soul did not stop. Then I had a dream of bodies turning into light. After a while, God brought me lovably to know about the 'sound and light meditation' and the spiritual path indicated by Sant Kirpal Singh and for 20 years I had a consolation and an important tool to progress inside.
I prayed to God for an explanation and he answered within less than 2 minutes. You , and this video of yours, found it’s way infront my eyes as I fetched my mobile. Am all humbled and so thankful .Thank you 🙏 ❤️

Praying is for suckers who don't quite understand how this all works but I'm happy to hear you at least are trying to listen.
I've been on a profound spiritual journey for the last four and a half months thanks to these videos. I've been able to see my aura since I was a child but now I can control it, it's a brilliant gold with bits of purple surrounding my skull. I tried ayahuasca and healed my trauma and spirit. I see visions from angels, beings talk to me everyday, they call me the Pale God, the 17th Daemon.
Those who have tried to hurt me have been greeted with a punishment 1000fold, I feel as though I am divinely protected, I do no harm and no harm will come to me. I hope that anyone who finds these videos will discover themselves and their true potential, may Christ and The Monad be with you, blessed.

30 years ago there was only truth and peace. A trauma happened in my life then the peace was gone. I then went on a journey to find the peace. During that time I kept falling deeper and deeper into sin. I now know my being brought up in the Cherokee Indian Culture with the compass of truth is where my natural peace and truth came from. Searching into things I did not understand harmed me and others around me. Thank you John for explaining this.

My kundalini awakening happened spontaneously 1 1/2 years ago. At first I thought it was the Holy Spirit. Then I realized that it was just how my body had been activated and opened to my spiritual gifts through how I live my life, always looking to God. I have to use a lot of discernment and test the spirits sometimes, but I do hear Holy Spirit and my Divine Guidance a lot now. The kundalini is a spiritual evolution of the body in my opinion and a gift from God. I pray a lot and ask for wisdom in all things and receive downloads and understandings. I receive spontaneous teachings on Bible verses in the middle of the night sometimes.
Thank you, as someone who had a confused religious Jesus teaching which was incorrect, but a life long seeker of truth and then suffered the most trauma that I could ever tell you that started on January 30, 2022 it was so horrible. It was the worst time of my life, but I slowly tried to process It. I went through the dark night of the soul. I thought God had totally abandoned me. It was so horrible, but slowly, but truly I started to cleanse my mind, detox my body and my soul from all of that trauma and heavy metals and parasites and then on November 12, 2023, I had the most profound kundalini awakening that was so beautiful. It was like God kissed my brain, and I am forever changed because of it
It made me feel that God does really love me and perhaps I’m chosen, that I’m special. You see I’ve seen through the veil of the lies of this world for so long that, it’s hard to even be here now.
I’ve seen the deception and all my family members that trusted their world governments injected themselves with the bio weapon that is so dark and so evil that you can’t even begin to wrap your mind around it and all I’ve done is pray and beg God to do something to step in to cause something supernatural to happen . So the existence of mankind is not wiped completely off of this realm. That it’s been the biggest burden of my life to carry this knowledge John, the trauma is not really ended, but yet somehow not one of my friends or family have perished for what they ignorantly did to themselves, God told me not to take it and I listened.

Wow! I’m a Christian and I have no knowledge of this stuff, but I have had a lot of experiences with the Holy Spirit. I’ve even had my physical body healed. I mean literally within 30 minutes of praying for it to be healed. I think I have experienced some of what you are talking about here accidentally for lack of a better word. I’ve been drawn by God to lead a very simple life. I don’t own a lot of stuff. I NEED a lot of silence and solitude. Every day I walk miles and just look at the trees and the sky and nature and frequently talk with God. He answers and leads me in my life. This is fascinating. I found you through an Eric Dubay video. I’m now wanting to go back and read my Bible through a spiritual lens. I’m just 9 minutes into this video. Let me finish it. This is absolutely fascinating.
Hey fren, I am with you, but try not to confuse kundalini with the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Both have similar effects but one pulls from the energy of the serpent, the other the Holy Spirit. Stay blessed!

I will share an experience I had when I was about 17 years old. I remember going to work in the fields with my brother and mother. My brother was driving and my mother was sitting in the front passenger seat. I recall really clearly that as we rode to our destination closing my eyes to get some more rest and as soon I closed my eyes I begin to feel a very strange but good feeling and or electric vibration that started at the crown of my head to the very tip of my toes. It felt so peaceful and euphoric. These electronic waves then started to increase and my heart began to rise and I started to get anxious so I decided to open my eyes and become aware of my surroundings. I was very alert and even making conversation with my family. When we got to our destination it was still dark so we waited in the car. I was still thinking about what I just experienced and was very excited and scared at the same time. As we waited I decided to experience whatever it was that I experienced because it felt so good. I closed my eyes and I immediately started to feel these electronic currents from the top of head to my toes. This time I made a decision to experience the whole thing. The current started slow and then began to increase and my heart started to rise and almost felt like it was coming out of my chest. It the beginning I could hear my brother and mother talking but pretty soon as these waves increase their voices began to faint whet I could not longer hear them. I could only feel my hear and these beautiful electronic waves. Then as the waves got so fast I looked up and the sky opened and a most glorious white light came down from heaven and covered me completely. It felt like my spirt was leaving my body but I got scared and began to scream out but nobody could hear me. I tried to move but I couldn’t move. I felt paralyzed and could not speak and or move. Finally I was able to come back to myself. My eyes were opened and was breathing really heavy. Mother turned back and asked what was with me but said nothing because I could explained these very beautiful experience.

Life is a deep, dark pit sometimes, it always makes me feel better, people like you are great people.
I had a spiritual awakening followed by the sacred secretion, most beautiful experience of my life to feel my body regenerate with new blood and my health problems dissolve, I learned so much and only had peaceful loving thoughts, however about 24 hours later I was just trying to relax after everything, I was hit suddenly with a kundalini awakening. It was very intense. I thought it was just another blessing, maybe one of the lessons I learned during my first meditations. I just went on learning and forgot about it.
I’m not religious because my entire life I have seen the control and atrocities committed by the organized religions, I could not believe in it. I used to go to church and was baptized as a child though. A couple weeks after my awakening, during one of my meditations, I asked if Jesus ever truly lived or if he was a lie, I did not receive a response. That night I was having a dream where I was in a white room sitting on a chair working on something in my hands, suddenly a door opened and in walked a unmistakeable figure. It was Jesus, he had a white robe with gold frills and purple on it, I felt his presence and knew it was him, however I could not look directly at his face because I was not able to direct my gaze away from what I was working on. He approached me from the side and he put his hand upon my shoulder, the feeling of pure true love came over me, much the same as my spiritual awakening, completely divine. I immediately awoke and the loving feeling was still with me for a number of minutes. I had had many vivid dreams and lucid dreams, but none of them ever felt that real, I woke up smiling with tears in my eyes, it was beautiful. After that I changed my views on Jesus a bit, but my views of the bible remained the same. I committed many good deeds and learned much in this time. But fast forward 8 months later and I encountered many nasty and evil people in my life, their selfishness suffocated me daily, after living so long with a clean ego and true connection loving source, suddenly fear had returned to me, my connection to spirit was still intact but had become much weaker. I have not yet been able to get to a place in my life again where I felt comfortable like I could remove the fear once more, or if I even knew how to do it a second time. Many people online lately are treating my like I am cursed because I speak of having the kundalini awakening, is this something I need to be concerned about? I know I need to figure out how to do this shadow work, will I be ok if I refute the bible but am willing to accept Jesus as a loving mentor?
I only ever have told people that the kundalini struck from out of nowhere, I may have come to a few realizations in meditation, not sure if those realizations were related to the Kundalini or not. I felt that Kundalini knew that I was ready to handle it. I really hope it was a blessing as I originally felt, and and not a curse, any guidance or wisdom would be appreciated, thank you for the video, love be with you all.

Nothing feels more right for me than throwing away the dirty waters of dogmatic religions and carefully and lovingly dry out the baby of spirituality in my arms. Kundalini is a visceral metaphor for the energy of the feminine realizing and rising to her righteous place next to the masculine. Instead of being held down by her own guilt and shame for being who she is, she's bringing herself up next to her husband, her mirror. Our soul is thus married to our spirit and we keep walking the evolutionary path. Enlightenment and alignment is the first step to the rest of our life. We gradually let go of guilt and shame 🔗
@@sunongral5605 thank you for sharing this. For days after my awakening, I danced around around my home, and cried tears of joy. I hadn’t cried in over 20 years, as the masculine side of me had been suppressing, what I perceived as, weak emotions that would not suit me in this life. It was marvellous to finally free her, I could not dance at all before. Although I had always liked music and the rhythm, I was never able to comfortably move to music. Suddenly, I was able to dance like I always knew how, out of nowhere, finally comfortable in my own skin. The feminine energy was very strong and took a couple of weeks for me to level out, but I will never fully turn my back on her ever again.
I am thankful that for 20 years it has gently and quietly risen and rested, over and over in a peaceful way. It took effort over a while cultivating a safe path for it - only rarely daring to go that little bit deeper. It never really caused any biological difficulties. Now it is as natural as the breath, a natural part of life. It is a good friend.

I had his experience about 3 months ago, I felt the electricity of something running up my spine and into my brain, I felt a pulsing sensation in my brain and the next 30 minutes was crazy and like an acid trip. I ran out shouting that god is real and I started running. I ended up having he police and an ambulance called out on me as I’m diabetic and my partner was rightfully concerned. After the trippy feeling wore off I was straight back to myself.
I have been atheist all my life but I now know that there will s a creator and that god is real.

When I was ending a battle with addiction and it felt like electrical firing across my back into my brain and over my skin. I felt sparky like a phoenix. I ended up doing something similar at work and ended up in the crisis center screaming the same thing :/

I had what they call a Kundalini spark. During a meditation of pulling energy up from the earth and then pulling sun energy down i felt clearly a fist size pushing of force in a spiral up my body. When i passed my throat chakra it lept up and i saw a flash and a galaxy like disc of energy above my head. Not only was i totally euphoric but every person i looked at i immediately recognized, knew thier faults, completely understood and related to them, and so delighted in knowing them. I remember thinking "this is how Jesus saw people."
So glad to find you finally on my same path John!
And yes we needed to discover, explore to understand and discern the difference between what looked and felt good, from what is effectively good.
And odd enough, my journey ended back where it started, with the only difference J am not anymore that unconscious being in love with God as allure of an old memory..now I am conscious of Him as Born Again IN HIM, even if me as self egoistic individual, as I..I do not exist anymore..

I am a kundaliniyoga teacher and can fully agree what you are saying i had an spontaneous awakening before i did my teachers training and teaching and NEVER the goal should be awaken the energy to soon we teach in a way that grounding is very important and purification at all levels ❤
After my spontaneous awakening i fell into a long term depression and began to surch my way back to paradise I knew i had a long way to go to purify and strenghten my will to surrender to the highest ❤

I read a fantastic book some time ago, Kundalini: The Evolutionary Energy in Man by Gopi Krishna. People do not understand that the spiritual path can be fraught with danger, care needs to be taken as to not greatly upset the balance within the biology.

its been building lately. mostly when i get high from marijuana after a tolerance break, i get high and i meditate and somehow my heart thumps and i just become the master of my reality. every moment becomes love and i saw my gf in this state once and it was as if i saw her for the first time and my awe inspired her and i saw that everything was sacredly god created and i had no thought but i could conversate without thinking. if you are familiar with ram dass i think it was channel 4 as he might say. my heart was open and i loved jesus, myself, and anything i came in contact with.

Kundalini arose, i almost went insane. I started breathing slowly, i told her i understand, i told her that i love her, i told her i was sorry. She is so powerful she almost disconnected my consciousness im so greatful for her forgiveness. Stay safe we are all one.

I had a Kundalini awakening several years ago. Things got super weird, I was activated through life situations that pushed me into complete surrender to what I perceived as higher then myself. Then unity consciousness and nothing but bliss, some people stare at you, it's like a minority of others can't even see you. I felt like everywhere I walked I was 2 inches from the ground, I really felt like I existed in a lighter body.
Wish there was a open conversation back then because I never heard of any of it or was seeking anything....it just happened. Good video

Such a similar experience and relate to what you wrote. Except instead of feeling 2inches off the ground, I could taste the air and the colors were very bright. Mine lasted in this blissed state for almost 3 months before the roller coaster began. . Mine happened back in 2014 and I had zero knowledge of kundalini or any eastern medicine was. This experience changed my life forever, and for the better, although does not mean it’s easier. Much love to you on this journey

My kundalini was activated in 1973 (without my asking for it) I have been doing healing work for over 50 years.On occasion I have been presented with people seeking help with "kundalini activation symptoms" that they do not understand and are very fearful. Along the way I was gifted with Taoist knowledge of what is known as the Microcosmic orbit. I have been able to help by guiding them through bringing the energy up the spin and then over the head and then down the front a number of time. The kundalini is meant to move in a continuous orbit then it linked up with other dormant channels of energy (know to the Chinese wisdom keepers as the 8 Extraordinary vessels. There i was , in my living room, mocking televangelist preachers by doing a bad impression of them. When i got to the part when i asked for the power to heal, in Jesus's name , something amazing happened. It felt like a column of high vibration liquid light pouring down trom above onto my head and shoulders....it was such a shocking and awesome feeling i started to go down but it ended quickly and the only thing left for me to do was to run outside and express gratitude to God for the experience...it took many hours of research to discover the kundalini/ chakra conclusion i came to because it was the only thing i could find that brought an explanation as to what it was i had stumbled into. This is the very short version of my story and i know John is speaking truth. Faith has nothing to do with it. I know that the spine acts like a reciever for the God frequency, its just a matter of tuning in. I was once tuned in, for about maybe a second, and it changed me forever. Some of my lifelong carnal obsessions has been replaced by a obsession for more of the pouring out of the Holy spirit. It felt like vibrating liquid light...

The timing for this in my life at this time is perfect. We felt led to open our doors when so many churches around us closed doors in the past year. Little did we know who would cone and many are into "new age" and energy and intentions...... I haven't known how to share because as you said many believe the answer IS in the actions and beliefs. We love these new friends but see they seek signs and wonders, not the One of Love who created them. Thankfully you help with language. I need this. So, so thankful for your sharing.

I had a spontaneous kundalini awakening . My mind and body wasnt ready for that kind of energy and i ended up really ill for four years i could hardly walk and a lot of pain .
I didnt even know what kundalini was back then i felt like i had been plugged i to the mains electricity .I feel a knot in my stomach when i see uneducated people hosting events tk wake it up .
Sometimes its terrifying to have access to other energy's and dimensions in that journey i am closer to god than ever ,belive me when i say that without finding him and his love and protection through all of this i wouldnt of made it .
I have had some beautiful experiences with beings and blessed with creativity but would i recommend anyone to waken this without years of study ..absolutely not youll never see the world the same and your gifts will wake up with a bang ❤.
