I recently fasted for 4 days, no food, only water and electrolytes and finished my fast with bone broth. I truly believe I could have went longer with my fast… but I was told by human “understanding” that I better eat or else this will happen or that will happen to me. I knew deep down, as you explained beautifully, that my/ our human body can endure far more fasting. You explained exactly what I was experiencing during my fast. My ego vanished and it was terrifying because it had no control over me… only God’s will/ Christ Jesus/ Holy Spirit was within me. I was one with the universe and I couldn’t put this in human understanding until now. Thank you for summing up what I was also experiencing! Your words and the teachings of herbert shelton led me to do my own long fast. Only made 33 days but all signs were telling me to break it. I was 133.3lbs on the 33 day at 1:33pm. The rebirth is real. What I was told by a warm beautiful being of light who picked my soul out of my body like a mother cradling her child appeared as christ to me, when I prayed for help and asked if i was dying "you o man must die, though he who comes after will be great, he will not be a man of God, though he who comes after him will be a man of God, after him there will be no more". He removed all my pain and worry with these words and set me back within my body. I was so comfortable with death knowing that we are truly loved as a parent loves there child. Love that makes your hole chest expand and your eyes pore tears with its overwhelming beauty. You John i believe to be a man of God who delivers that kind of love to all he cares for. Hello John, firstly I would like to say I love all of your videos and energy.. it's very refreshing to hear your interpretations and perspectives. This is unrelated but I would love to hear your thoughts about the last supper and the words Jesus spoke to his disciples. The whole mystical message behind that, as well as the Holy Grail and what that really means. I've always been put off by the whole eating the body and blood of Jesus that Roman Catholics believe. I was raised Catholic but was never able to fully embrace it since coming to God the way Catholics do makes me feel even more seperate from God, almost like God is something you can never fully achieve/experience in your life. I prefer to view God and Jesus through the essenes/cathars/Gnostic point of view and I'm so happy to find your channel to help me see the bible and God through that type of lens. By girlfriend’s brother plays in a church band. I became a regular attendant due to their familiarity. One day, after a year or so, the preacher got up on stage and said, “now let’s all speak in tongues”. People all stood up, started jumping up and down, and making gibberish noises with no sense to anyone. I haven’t been back sense that day [although partially due to quarantine mandates]. May I warn you!!? When done in this way, it is NOT from the Holy Spirit. These were actions directed by and taken by man to serve their pride or misunderstanding of how to be holy. This was the ego taking charge. “Speaking in tongues” is not some organized public event which makes you holier in the eyes of God. It is only to be done when driven by spirit after sacrament of the ego and rebirth as mentioned in this brilliant man’s video. Never try to speak in tongues, but only allow it to happen naturally under guide of spirit.

I received this gift a couple of years ago during a time of deep prayer and fasting, but have been afraid as the Christian tradition my family comes from does not believe in it. As a result, I've been afraid to continue praying in tongues and have suppressed the language out of fear I might be doing or saying something wrong. I shed - or am in the process truthfully, of shedding, the linear consciousness ego. I reached this place through vibration as well - sound healing. Chanting, singing, and the emerging of my own “light language” that does exactly as you described: silences the self-identity chatterbox. I’ve asked repeatedly for God to use me to be a miracle for someone today. That’s always my prayer. I was inspired by you to fast and I fasted 14 days with juice 3 times a day and water and I cannot imagine water fasting for 40 days. I still had to carry on everyday as I normally would , which is why I chose a juice fast…40 days is still a goal, but I just wanted to say that water fasting 40 days is not easy, in fact, I imagine it feels like death. But I believe , what you have to say is being a said by an authority absent of human opinion or thought . Shouldn’t every preacher fast 40 days? I think so!

After years of integrating the healing of my shadow/inner demons, I've been dealing more with the external shadow/demons/vampires trying to tempt/coerce me, but recently I feel like I've broken through something and feel a force of Love moving through my life. Once you pass through the Door of Salvation you become reborn and become a Child of Light, no longer are you a physical being of flesh. But a spiritual being of light. By doing so, you cause the Physical Realm and the Spiritual Realm to merge back together. Just as it was before the Days of Noah. It was in the Days of Noah that the All seperated the Spiritual from the physical and brought Humanity to the physical Realm, where are at to this day and covered a veil over the world so we could no longer see the other Realms. (Symbolized by the rainbow) At that moment, Humanity became refugees caught in the middle of a war that did not involve us. Yet since Humanity is caught in the middle, our very souls have now become the very prize that shall go to the victor. In fact that is the whole reason for the Tower of Babel. Correct! I am a catholic but experienced the holy spirit when I learned to speak in tongues through the charismatic renewal. We are to live in this world but not be of the world. The world tells you to be the linear self but with God, you can only work as a reborned spirit. Romans 7 to Romans 8 through transformation of the inner man and renewing of the mind and much more as the holy spirit reveals.

Thank you, watching this video has let me choose to move into my personal journey towards emptying. Thank you brother. If one has not fasted before. Do you see any issue to set out a 7 day water fast goal?
I think it's important to not have a set length in mind when you start because then a person might not be listening to their body and to God's guidance. It's easier to start 1 day at a time and aim for a weekend fast possibly. The second and third days are most difficult and you will be fighting yourself. It can be difficult to sleep on an empty stomach the first few days so weekends or days where you don't have to worry about a sleep schedule are best. Transitioning into a fast can be easier if the person does intermittent fasting first, that helps for sure. It might be helpful to cut out all animal products (meat,fish,eggs and all dairy) for a week or at least 3 days before your fast. Cutting out bread and baked goods and anything with sugar. If you're addicted to coffee tea and plan to omit that during your fast I would try to tackle getting caffine out of your system at least a week before you fast since caffeine withdrawal on-top of fasting will be very difficult. Everyone has their own way of doing it but I personally don't even include fruits before I fast since the sugar in fruits can even impact fasting. I usually try to eat low carb vegetables with some healthy vegan fats (to try to aid in fat adaption aka ketogenisis before I begin fasting) it helps the transition. I've read that it's much easier for people who are in ketosis to fast because their body is already fat adapted so they don't go through the "keto flu"
I have been in that space you are describing. I've lost much of it, however. I want to know how you hang onto it, how you do what you do. When we adopted two children out of foster care who had challenging behaviors, I lost the peace I had felt. I gained tons of weight, and feel exhausted. And here you are managing multiple employees/programs and working with many more children than I am. My life feels so out of balance. (I also run a small company with my husband.) How do you keep that peace when there is so much going on? I am firm in my understanding that I am not this body, this identity, and that does help. But there is a scrolling list of 2000 things to do every day running through my head that didn't used to be there.

Hello John, firstly I would like to say I love all of your videos and energy.. it's very refreshing to hear your interpretations and perspectives. This is unrelated but I would love to hear your thoughts about the last supper and the words Jesus spoke to his disciples. The whole mystical message behind that, as well as the Holy Grail and what that really means. I've always been put off by the whole eating the body and blood of Jesus that Roman Catholics believe. I was raised Catholic but was never able to fully embrace it since coming to God the way Catholics do makes me feel even more seperate from God, almost like God is something you can never fully achieve/experience in your life. I prefer to view God and Jesus through the essenes/cathars/Gnostic point of view and I'm so happy to find your channel to help me see the bible and God through that type of lens. God has blessed you with many gifts and I think you are helping others to find their gifts too.. Anyways.. thank you for all your wisdom 🥰🙏

By girlfriend’s brother plays in a church band. I became a regular attendant due to their familiarity. One day, after a year or so, the preacher got up on stage and said, “now let’s all speak in tongues”. People all stood up, started jumping up and down, and making gibberish noises with no sense to anyone. I haven’t been back sense that day [although partially due to quarantine mandates]. May I warn you!!? When done in this way, it is NOT from the Holy Spirit. These were actions directed by and taken by man to serve their pride or misunderstanding of how to be holy. This was the ego taking charge. “Speaking in tongues” is not some organized public event which makes you holier in the eyes of God. It is only to be done when driven by spirit after sacrament of the ego and rebirth as mentioned in this brilliant man’s video. Never try to speak in tongues, but only allow it to happen naturally under guide of spirit.

Thank you for your blessed videos. They have clarified so many things for me. Thank you, even more specifically, for discussing speaking in tongues. I received this gift a couple of years ago during a time of deep prayer and fasting, but have been afraid as the Christian tradition my family comes from does not believe in it. As a result, I've been afraid to continue praying in tongues and have suppressed the language out of fear I might be doing or saying something wrong. But thank you for liberating me to explore this amazing gift that leaves me feeling at peace and spiritually purified.

I read Jospeh Brenner ' The impersonal life ' which basically discusses getting rid of the ego and be filled with God. Many of the ancient Christian mystics and saints spoke and taught the same thing.All the gospels re-elect the same reaching. Leave yourself behind and follow me.

John what a blessing you are, to be the one doing what you say…eradicating the evil spirits. There is so much about this video that touched my heart. I shed - or am in the process truthfully, of shedding, the linear consciousness ego. I reached this place through vibration as well - sound healing. Chanting, singing, and the emerging of my own “light language” that does exactly as you described: silences the self-identity chatterbox. I’ve asked repeatedly for God to use me to be a miracle for someone today. That’s always my prayer. He told me in that knowing voice I get, “I do, and how I do it is none of your business.” My only job is to listen within and do what I’m guided to do, and those arrive on me as knowings; it’s an energetic imprint that arrives on me as a complete picture to think, say and do something that usually makes zero sense. But I listen. Because yes…humility requires emptiness and trust. 🙏🏼💗🙏🏼 I show up this way to every sound healing session I do. I don’t do any healing. I was inspired by you to fast and I fasted 14 days with juice 3 times a day and water and I cannot imagine water fasting for 40 days. I still had to carry on everyday as I normally would , which is why I chose a juice fast…40 days is still a goal, but I just wanted to say that water fasting 40 days is not easy, in fact, I imagine it feels like death. But I believe , what you have to say is being a said by an authority absent of human opinion or thought . Shouldn’t every preacher fast 40 days? I think so!

After years of integrating the healing of my shadow/inner demons, I've been dealing more with the external shadow/demons/vampires trying to tempt/coerce me, but recently I feel like I've broken through something and feel a force of Love moving through my life. You are so close my friend... Here is the hidden teachings of my brother that is kept from Humanity... When my brother was here and as he grew, loving the Creator so much He began to see how difficult and how hard it was getting to not break the Laws. So my brother made the ultimate choice. He chose to go off into the wilderness and instead of break any Law, He chose to give His life back to the All. He went out there, laid down His life and was willing to die than to break a Law.. He humbled Himself by laying down His life and giving it back. He didn't want anything in this world. For doing so, the Creator seen His Humility and Love and so chose to save my brother and use Him as a covenant for all people. The reason why my brother is known as the Messiah is because He opened what is known as The Door of Salvation. In which by following His example, His footsteps and Humble before the All by laying down your life, you pass through the Doorway and leave this Realm, not through Death but through Life. My brother is known as the Messiah because He gave us a way out. "I am the Gate for the Sheep. All who came before me were thieves and robbers. But the sheep did not listen to them. I am the Gate, all who enter through me will be saved. He will come in and go out and find pasture.".. The whole reason why my brother rose from the grave, was because He had already conquered Death when He went into the wilderness and gave His life back to the All.
Want to know the truth about my brother's purpose? Focus on his teaching and what he did. Not His murder. Once you pass through the Door of Salvation you become reborn and become a Child of Light, no longer are you a physical being of flesh. But a spiritual being of light. By doing so, you cause the Physical Realm and the Spiritual Realm to merge back together. Just as it was before the Days of Noah. It was in the Days of Noah that the All seperated the Spiritual from the physical and brought Humanity to the physical Realm, where are at to this day and covered a veil over the world so we could no longer see the other Realms. (Symbolized by the rainbow) At that moment, Humanity became refugees caught in the middle of a war that did not involve us. Yet since Humanity is caught in the middle, our very souls have now become the very prize that shall go to the victor. In fact that is the whole reason for the Tower of Babel. Humanity desired to return to the Spiritual Realm and by doing so, wanted to declare war on the Creator. Which is why the All seperated Humanity not only through speech, but the very Truth was divided between Humanity. Where no one had the whole truth. Instead Humanity had truth in part and error in part....and so Humanity forgot the mystery with only fragments that resonates. We are not from here. We do not belong in this Physical Realm. Which is why my brother was sent to you. So that The Door of Salvation could be given and Humanity could finally have a way back home. "Those who save their life will lose it. Yet those who lose their life for my sake shall save it.".... That is the way home my friends. The world is becoming the way it is because the Earth is about to give birth to a Child of Light who shall be known as the Herald that will be sent out to prepare the Way for His return and by doing so, shall bring the very end to this lie and to the slave masters that control this Realm... Repent O sinful generation! For the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand... The All is descending and is at this very moment on the way to reclaim what belongs to Love and Life...

I've put into volunteer, I was once a very happy youth pastor that had hopes and dreams with life and wonder, but someway along the way, because at fourty, I didn't know, which way to go I went through hell as a child who was abused in every way, I never thought I'd ever get away, I would often see spirits and there was three that would comfort me Jeremiah, was my protector, is all I knew I've been attacked all my life, I know, with all my heart, ❤️🙏👣 that I'm supposed, to do more I am supposed to work with tribes, and I experienced, working with handicap children, you've made see that God put me through, everything, addiction, because I'd carry the message to other addicts in the worse cities, I would goto see the children that where in hell without hope you gave the child who was scared and alone new purpose and since opening my mind to endless possibilities, I'm saved, from myself ego, and now know it wasn't my fault, it wasn't my place, it was demonic forces at play and was sensitive to demons and other beings

Correct! I am a catholic but experienced the holy spirit when I learned to speak in tongues through the charismatic renewal. We are to live in this world but not be of the world. The world tells you to be the linear self but with God, you can only work as a reborned spirit. Romans 7 to Romans 8 through transformation of the inner man and renewing of the mind and much more as the holy spirit reveals.

If one has not fasted before. Do you see any issue to set out a 7 day water fast goal?
Start with one,Three,seven and Also a week Before a Three Day eat Soft stuff or just végétarian or juice to acclimate
I think it's important to not have a set length in mind when you start because then a person might not be listening to their body and to God's guidance. It's easier to start 1 day at a time and aim for a weekend fast possibly. The second and third days are most difficult and you will be fighting yourself. It can be difficult to sleep on an empty stomach the first few days so weekends or days where you don't have to worry about a sleep schedule are best. Transitioning into a fast can be easier if the person does intermittent fasting first, that helps for sure. It might be helpful to cut out all animal products (meat,fish,eggs and all dairy) for a week or at least 3 days before your fast. Cutting out bread and baked goods and anything with sugar. If you're addicted to coffee tea and plan to omit that during your fast I would try to tackle getting caffine out of your system at least a week before you fast since caffeine withdrawal on-top of fasting will be very difficult. Everyone has their own way of doing it but I personally don't even include fruits before I fast since the sugar in fruits can even impact fasting. I usually try to eat low carb vegetables with some healthy vegan fats (to try to aid in fat adaption aka ketogenisis before I begin fasting) it helps the transition. I've read that it's much easier for people who are in ketosis to fast because their body is already fat adapted so they don't go through the "keto flu"

I have been in that space you are describing. I've lost much of it, however. I want to know how you hang onto it, how you do what you do. When we adopted two children out of foster care who had challenging behaviors, I lost the peace I had felt. I gained tons of weight, and feel exhausted. And here you are managing multiple employees/programs and working with many more children than I am. My life feels so out of balance. (I also run a small company with my husband.) How do you keep that peace when there is so much going on? I am firm in my understanding that I am not this body, this identity, and that does help. But there is a scrolling list of 2000 things to do every day running through my head that didn't used to be there.
