It's been quite a journey having to continue to provide services to our clients and vendors while making sure our books are in order 24/7 (debt, credit, cash). It's been challenging. I get that. Collectors are the absolute lifeline of the hobby. There's only (soon to be one) major manufacturer of licensed product (minus hockey). Most hobbyists don't care about about acquisitions. They don't care about synergy. We're not selling bananas or nuclear reactors. Hobbyists have choices. Where Beckett has continually fallen short is in the customer service sector. I've felt, firsthand, how tone deaf Beckett is to their customers. Their lack of connection to hobbyists is astounding. Customer service emails go unanswered yet marketing emails are unending. There is not a bottomless pit of customers here, as Beckett should be fully aware of by now. Changing the name dilutes the very last marketable asset this company had.
