I went waaaay out there for 341:
6 + 9 = 15
15 * 3 = 45
45 - 7 = 38
38 * 7 = 266
266 + 75 = 341

In the first numbers round, I saw both contestants' solutions, but also had these from factoring (7 x 2^7 = 896):
5 + 1 = 6
6 x 5 = 30
75 + 30 + 7 = 112
112 x 8 = 896
75 / 5 = 15
15 + 1 = 16
16 x 8 x 7 = 896
75 - 5 = 70
7 + 1 = 8
70 x 8 x 8 = 4480
4480 / 5 = 896
In the second numbers round, I saw Liz's solution and also had these:
8 - 7 = 1
10 + 1 = 11
50 x 11 = 550
7 - 5 = 2
550 - 2 = 548
10 x 7 x 7 = 490
490 + 50 + 8 = 548
50 x 10 = 500
7 / 7 = 1
5 + 1 = 6
8 x 6 = 48
500 + 48 = 548
In the third numbers round, I saw the contestants' solution and also had these:
50 x 8 = 400
400 + 10 = 410
410 / 2 = 205
205 + 1 = 206
8 x 2 = 16
16 + 10 = 26
26 x 6 = 156
156 + 50 = 206
10 + 6 = 16
8 x 2 = 16
16 x 16 = 256
256 - 50 = 206
In the final numbers round, I saw Rachel's solution and also had this:
75 x 9 = 675
675 + 7 = 682
6 / 3 = 2
682 / 2 = 341
And you can do even more interesting things with ratios other than merely dividing by 2:
75 x 3 = 225
225 + 7 = 232
232 x 9 = 2088
2088 / 6 = 348
348 - 7 = 341
75 x 7 = 525
525 - 3 = 522
522 x 6 = 3132
3132 / 9 = 348
348 - 7 = 341
But what you can't do is use the factors even though 341 does break down into two primes: 31 x 11 = 341.
