Much better narration than video #1. Now you need to go back to doing a full description :-)This video covers swim lanes, layers, the use of data graphics for conditional formatting, themes, and got-spotting or hyperlinking (including how to prepare the target file).

How do I get the " Orginization Chart" Tabs on the lefthand side?
I only have (More Shapes,Quick Shapes, Basic Flowhart SHapes and Cross-functional shapes)
