On a whim I looked up this video again. I honestly can't believe this was posted over 2 1/2 years ago. I didn't realize how many nice comments there were. so, after listening to this like 10 times i decided to go read the blog. I loved it so much. The feels, time after time, the amazing beautiful and heart wrenching story. and when the blog caught back up to this part, the emotion behind it just carried so much more weight. :')
Guys... don't crucify me... but this wasn't as super duper as you guys make it out to be. Belle's 14 in this but her voice sounds the attempt was going for a much younger voice, which also kinda hurt to listen to. It is true that the vocalist corrected herself as the chorus rolled by a second time, so I know she realised it in time. Also, the piano corrected itself as the song progressed. At first it was a little too sudden and hacky, but it did become better eventually.
I understand where you are coming from but songs that are supposed top represent a pure coming out of talent from the heart are not always perfect. The message is there and the song ultimately fits sweetie belle and this blog perfectly. Maybe there will be a cleaner version later but for now this is beautiful.

You are entitled to your opinion as I am to mine, you could even be right, I wouldn't know if that was so or not. Bottom line, the kids I know sound a bit or even a lot more mature than the portrayal here.
