Neem oil is best solution for all pests. Banana peel fertilizer etc are optional. If plants doing with the cocktail fertilizer mix, that’s sufficient. However you can always test with different things like banana peel, onion peel, Epsom salt spray etc

I also have a bad termite problem hiding mulch is a serious issue, ive even tried.spraying the mulch with 2tsp Neem oil and 1tbsp olive oil to a 2L bottle it kills the live termites but doesn't seem to work as a repellent.. what should I do?

Did u treat ur ground with compost and mulch b4 planting ? Or planted without any intervention?

Termites are attracted to dry cellulose ; therefore if some dead or decayed and dry plant parts are there, definitely it would be ravaged by termites.
