Just for the record in Jake Wedle's video with the AI recording: Soggy cuts him off just as he was about to explain that he was sent that video by someone claiming to be a former Mr.Beast employee with the intention to decieve him and how he was lucky to have the foresight to have the video double and triple checked & ask the person for more info (they ghosted him btw) The whole point was to bring attention to how there ARE people straight up fabricating evidence to either support the narrative against Mr.Beast or to discredit Wedle & Dogpack (ironic) and that you shouldn't take stuff at face value because the water has been muddled too much. Not saying it wasn't stupid and clickbaity the way Wedle presented this info/warning, but context matters and I think he got his point across.

Just think about it MrBeast employees have an NDA and have not talked to anyone for months because of it but now that Soggy is asking questions they are fine breaking the NDA to answer his questions. Isn't that a little strange to you? On top of that Dustin a MrBeast employee reached out to him and invited him to come to NC to interview Beast Employees (travel was paid for and he didn't disclose this the video but did in a livestream with Chud Logic) but Jimmy obviously gave the all-clear for Soggy to come to NC to talk to his employees and make his video.There's a good chance it was actually Jimmy's idea based on Soggy's previous work on Airrack. Jimmy most likely hired Soggy after the 3rd party investigation that came out sounded more like a lawyer defending his client which didn't look good or convince anyone. Every single content creator and mainstream journalist covering the MrBeast drama that reached out to Jimmy and MrBeast employees were stonewalled or given a nothing burger response from the MrBeast lawyers or PR team. Soggy was the first content creator covering the MrBeast Drama given direct access to Beast HQ and was given complete access to documents, images and audio files and most importantly he was granted access to interview current MrBeast employees that no one else had access to.

Mr Beast paid this guy to come over and make a youtube video about this, doing so he also revealed confidential documents to him that he shared in the video. Not sure if it's in Asmon's video (I haven't watched it yet), but Mr Beast also immediately commented on the video saying "finally someone isn't lying about me" and also messaged many creators to talk about the video. I don't think MrBeast will ever sue dogpack simply because that would open him to Discovery and that would mean opening himself up to any crimes he may have committed. Dogpack and his lawyers would be able to go through every claim with a fine-tooth comb and Jimmy would legally be required to give them ALL the old footage, everything that is archived on their own systems. Also it's way harder to prove defamation against a public figure (MrBeast).

One thing i noticed about the chocolate part is that Dogpack actually shows the correct information, he actually shows the difference in portion size (43g) for hershey and (60g) for feastables. And although per gram the sugar content is lower for feastables the calories are actually higher, with a Hershey bar of similar size of a feastable (60g) coming out to 307 calories compared to the 320 of the feastables. even then although speaking per bar is a bit misleading it still has some merits as most people wil just eat the entire thing. So in conclusion both sides manipulated the way they presented the information on this topic in my opinion. But on this one Soggy definitely was the one who did it more and worse in my opinion.

I thought it was obvious in the original vid that Pewdiepie wasn't reacting to Mrbeast but Dogpack was editing it in a way to make a point about TH-cam giveaways by showing that people like Pewdiepie would call stuff like phone or whatever giveaways to subscribers a TH-cam scam. Everyone is missing Dogpack's most important point about the lotteries: EACH SEPARATE INSTANCE of MrB saying "order now and I'll throw X dollars into the next 100 orders" is a SEPARATE LOTTERY which requires its own "NO PURCHASE NECESSARY" with its own separate bank of registered users. You cannot just combine all of the lotteries. And on top of that, MrB straight up changed his mind mid-lottery and altered the odds or the terms on many recorded occasions.
I think this just highlights holes in both DogPack’s argument but also Soggy’s one too. Both cherry picked to get their point across and ignored points that weakened their argument. Be interesting to see if Mr Beast take DogPack to court or not as that’s what is really needed to separate the truth from the lies.

Saturated fat: H=8g, F=8,6g Total sugar:H=25g, F=22,1g(video said 21,5g) Cholesterol: H=10mg, F=12,2mg. Sodium: H=35mg, F=30,7mg. Protein: H=3g, F=3,6g. Not going to list the rest, as almost all of them are only listed in % values on Feastables. Where does the number 21,5g of sugar come from? total sugar in the 35g Feastables bar is 18g, (18/35)*43=22,1142...g, so either Soggy was looking at the wrong thing, is bad at math or he is lying about .6g of sugar? Considering that the calories are higher gram for gram and Feastables have more total fat saturated fat, if anyone is a contender for the "healthier" option, it is the Hershey's bar IMO, although by a very small margin. If the claim was made that Feastables are better for you/healthier was made today, I would personally consider it false advertisement.

I live in a one party consent state (you only need the consent of one member of a conversation (that can include yourself) to record it) and any meeting I have with bosses or HR, I always record to protect myself. The company has fostered this attitude though. TLDR; HR is not there to protect the employees of a company, just the companies PR and bottom line. I think a lot of people are willfully misunderstanding the whole war crime thing. I think any reasonable and intelligent person is able to understand that Jake Weddle wasn't accusing Beast of committing a formally punishable war crime. He never claimed that he was held there against his will (which would absolutely be a crime) or that he was suffering anywhere near as much as an actual POW, he was just making a humorous comparison about a situation that did have major ethical issues. Jake was "trapped" in a room where the conditions prevented him from getting sleep. Similarly, someone may be emprisoned by an opposing military and deliberately deprived of sleep as a form of torture. He wasn't accusing beast of committing a war crime, he was COMPARING to a war crime. And IMO its a fair comparison

Promising significant monetary compensation to a person who is financially desperate, in return for committing an unconscionable or self injurious action, constitutes coercion and surpasses the standard to qualify as putting the person under duress to aquire consent. So while the challenge may not have literally been a war crime (though still comparable), it was absolutely illegal. The nature of the challenge itself may have also qualified for negligence or gross negligence (in a legal context) And that may bring you to ask if the second run of the challenge they did with another person was also illegal, to which the answer is not necessarily. First of all, by all accounts it seems like they massively reduced the negative health risks of the challenge the second time around. This potentially knocks out the first criteria of committing an unconscionable or self injurious action, though it may have still been bad enough to count. And secondly, it's not known whether the second participant was in any dire financial situation, and its impossible to determine coercion without that information. Although in theory there could have been some other form of coercion, but thats purely speculation.

I dont hate Mr Beast, but i recall when he was cheering for and advertising PewDiePie to become the first channel to 100M subs before T-Series. Since those times, he definitely feels much less authentic and more corporate. Its changed a lot and i no longer enjoy his content the way i used to.

Nothing changed, his goal since the very beginning was to get as many views and subscribers as possible, and he was relentlessly researching the "algorithm" on how from when he was by himself to when he had a crew to when he had an empire. And if he appeared more "authentic" to you, however that means, it just means given his resources and TH-cam trends at the time based on his research he was doing that kind of content to generate the highest possible attraction to his channel and brand.
On the chocolate, feastibles (single serving size) 35g 190 cal bar is 5.43 calories per gram where as hersheys 43g 220 cal bar is 5.12 calories per gram so as a technicality feastibles do have more calories.

The calorie count that Dogpack404 shows for a single Feastable bar, is 320 Calories (160 x2 servings per Feastable).... The label shown in the video playing at 46:38, is 2 servings per Feastables bar, and shows the stats are PER SERVING. 160 calories per serving in feastable bar. Two servings are in the bar, so you multiply everything by 2. Dogpack404, showed the correct values for a single Feastables bar compared to a single Hersheys bar. It is not hard. This was not a lie... LMAO Asmon literally just took what was being told to him and didn't pay any attention to what is actually being shown in the video. This is why ppl are dumb these days.
^THIS IS NOT TRUE. In the video, the hershey's regular bar (43 grams) was compared to a king size feastables (60 grams). The feastables bar is 40% bigger, so obviously it would have more sugar and calories. If you scale down the feastables bar (which soggy does at 49:39) then you will see the issue. If you actually compare the correct kinds of chocolate bars (king size vs. king size) a king size hershey's chocolate bar has THREE servings and a feastables chocolate bar has TWO. If you compare the regular bars, it's a much better comparison, but feastables is still better than hersheys in terms of sugar. If you don't believe me, check it yourself.

Either way, its practically impossible (as a third party) to confirm whether any opinion is biased or not. I disagree that recording people without their consent is a rat move. It's helped me in court 2 separate times. The person kept lying to me, I told them I knew they were lying, I told them to stop lying to me, and they wouldnt. And there were massive consequences on the line. I recorded conversations both times and got them to admit the truth and both times it benefitted me extremely, both legally and financially. A "one-party" state means that only 1 person needs to consent to the recording, and both times were in those states.
It's a messy situation and this guy has had enough misleading evidence that it looks like he is also operating in bad faith as well as Dogpack404. Specific example: Feastables chocolate being "healthier" gram per gram of chocolate Hershey's at 43 grams has ~4 grams more sugar, but has ~9 more calories than Hershey's. He only compares total calories to the previous Feastables calories and not the Hershey's which is misleading and Dogpack is correct in saying that it is misleading that Jimmy says Feastables is healthier than Hershey's. Honestly I feel both of them are pretty misrepresentative of the situation. I would like to see his evidence of the lotteries where he does random short giveaways in the middle of the Livestream where there is literally no way for someone to have time to make a free entry option, as well as fake Mr. Beast signatures. Just because Dogpack exaggerated a lot of things doesn't mean there aren't real issues with a lot of stuff that Mr. Beast has done that was brought up in Dogpack's videos.

Calories is not exclusively sugar. If we normalize these numbers: Mr beast is 160 cal / 30g * 100 = 533.3 cal per 100g, and Herrs is 220 cal / 43 * 100 = 511.6 cal per 100g. Serving is a deceitful way of presenting calories. Mr beast actually holds more calories when normalized but neither of them is healthy by any sensible definition.

Jimmy most likely hired Soggy after the 3rd party investigation that came out sounded more like a lawyer defending his client which didn't look good or convince anyone.
Every single content creator and mainstream journalist covering the MrBeast drama that reached out to Jimmy and MrBeast employees were stonewalled or given a nothing burger response from the MrBeast lawyers or PR team. Soggy was the first content creator covering the MrBeast Drama given direct access to Beast HQ and was given complete access to documents, images and audio files and most importantly he was granted access to interview current MrBeast employees that no one else had access to.
They've had months to fabricate evidence. These interviews should have happened on the first few days of the allegations.
First off, why did soggy get a interview when there is Tom dark and Nicolasd who have way more anti dog pack vibes? Plus dog pack already denounced Mr beasts shouting out his vid in fear it would seem like he was directly paid off (which now it's happening). One thing i noticed about the chocolate part is that Dogpack actually shows the correct information, he actually shows the difference in portion size (43g) for hershey and (60g) for feastables. And although per gram the sugar content is lower for feastables the calories are actually higher, with a Hershey bar of similar size of a feastable (60g) coming out to 307 calories compared to the 320 of the feastables.
even then although speaking per bar is a bit misleading it still has some merits as most people wil just eat the entire thing. So in conclusion both sides manipulated the way they presented the information on this topic in my opinion. But on this one Soggy definitely was the one who did it more and worse in my opinion.

Everyone is missing Dogpack's most important point about the lotteries: EACH SEPARATE INSTANCE of MrB saying "order now and I'll throw X dollars into the next 100 orders" is a SEPARATE LOTTERY which requires its own "NO PURCHASE NECESSARY" with its own separate bank of registered users. You cannot just combine all of the lotteries. And on top of that, MrB straight up changed his mind mid-lottery and altered the odds or the terms on many recorded occasions.
I think this just highlights holes in both DogPack’s argument but also Soggy’s one too. Both cherry picked to get their point across and ignored points that weakened their argument. Be interesting to see if Mr Beast take DogPack to court or not as that’s what is really needed to separate the truth from the lies.

The company has fostered this attitude though. TLDR; HR is not there to protect the employees of a company, just the companies PR and bottom line. I think any reasonable and intelligent person is able to understand that Jake Weddle wasn't accusing Beast of committing a formally punishable war crime. He never claimed that he was held there against his will (which would absolutely be a crime) or that he was suffering anywhere near as much as an actual POW, he was just making a humorous comparison about a situation that did have major ethical issues. Jake was "trapped" in a room where the conditions prevented him from getting sleep. Similarly, someone may be emprisoned by an opposing military and deliberately deprived of sleep as a form of torture. He wasn't accusing beast of committing a war crime, he was COMPARING to a war crime. And IMO its a fair comparison

I wrote out a whole other reply before this, but then I remembered a legal analysis of Jake's situation by a practicing lawyer that is much more concise and holds a lot more weight by nature of being a legal matter.
Consent given by a person under duress is not consent at all. Promising significant monetary compensation to a person who is financially desperate, in return for committing an unconscionable or self injurious action, constitutes coercion and surpasses the standard to qualify as putting the person under duress to aquire consent. So while the challenge may not have literally been a war crime (though still comparable), it was absolutely illegal. The nature of the challenge itself may have also qualified for negligence or gross negligence (in a legal context)
And that may bring you to ask if the second run of the challenge they did with another person was also illegal, to which the answer is not necessarily. First of all, by all accounts it seems like they massively reduced the negative health risks of the challenge the second time around. This potentially knocks out the first criteria of committing an unconscionable or self injurious action, though it may have still been bad enough to count. And secondly, it's not known whether the second participant was in any dire financial situation, and its impossible to determine coercion without that information. Although in theory there could have been some other form of coercion, but thats purely speculation.

On the chocolate, feastibles (single serving size) 35g 190 cal bar is 5.43 calories per gram where as hersheys 43g 220 cal bar is 5.12 calories per gram so as a technicality feastibles do have more calories.

The calorie count that Dogpack404 shows for a single Feastable bar, is 320 Calories (160 x2 servings per Feastable).... The label shown in the video playing at 46:38, is 2 servings per Feastables bar, and shows the stats are PER SERVING. 160 calories per serving in feastable bar. Two servings are in the bar, so you multiply everything by 2. Dogpack404, showed the correct values for a single Feastables bar compared to a single Hersheys bar. It is not hard. This was not a lie... LMAO Asmon literally just took what was being told to him and didn't pay any attention to what is actually being shown in the video. This is why ppl are dumb these days.

^THIS IS NOT TRUE. In the video, the hershey's regular bar (43 grams) was compared to a king size feastables (60 grams). The feastables bar is 40% bigger, so obviously it would have more sugar and calories. If you scale down the feastables bar (which soggy does at 49:39) then you will see the issue.
If you actually compare the correct kinds of chocolate bars (king size vs. king size) a king size hershey's chocolate bar has THREE servings and a feastables chocolate bar has TWO. If you compare the regular bars, it's a much better comparison, but feastables is still better than hersheys in terms of sugar.

Either way, its practically impossible (as a third party) to confirm whether any opinion is biased or not. I disagree that recording people without their consent is a rat move. It's helped me in court 2 separate times. The person kept lying to me, I told them I knew they were lying, I told them to stop lying to me, and they wouldnt. And there were massive consequences on the line. I recorded conversations both times and got them to admit the truth and both times it benefitted me extremely, both legally and financially. A "one-party" state means that only 1 person needs to consent to the recording, and both times were in those states.
What i learned during all this. Don't believe anyone until Court proves it.

It's a messy situation and this guy has had enough misleading evidence that it looks like he is also operating in bad faith as well as Dogpack404. Specific example: Feastables chocolate being "healthier" gram per gram of chocolate Hershey's at 43 grams has ~4 grams more sugar, but has ~9 more calories than Hershey's. He only compares total calories to the previous Feastables calories and not the Hershey's which is misleading and Dogpack is correct in saying that it is misleading that Jimmy says Feastables is healthier than Hershey's. Honestly I feel both of them are pretty misrepresentative of the situation. I would like to see his evidence of the lotteries where he does random short giveaways in the middle of the Livestream where there is literally no way for someone to have time to make a free entry option, as well as fake Mr. Beast signatures. Just because Dogpack exaggerated a lot of things doesn't mean there aren't real issues with a lot of stuff that Mr. Beast has done that was brought up in Dogpack's videos.

Calories is not exclusively sugar. If we normalize these numbers: Mr beast is 160 cal / 30g * 100 = 533.3 cal per 100g, and Herrs is 220 cal / 43 * 100 = 511.6 cal per 100g. Serving is a deceitful way of presenting calories. Mr beast actually holds more calories when normalized but neither of them is healthy by any sensible definition.

Second if given Hershey's got 220 calories per 43g, we take Feastables 160 per 30 and divide it, we then get 5,3 calories/ g if we multiply this to 43 to make it even then Mr. Beast's chocolate serves up 229,3 calories and therefore is indeed marginally less healthy. Wouldnt matter to me but it is still true
