When I was pregnant 🤰🏾 with either of my 4 kids I didn’t exercise not because I thought exercise was going to hurt the baby. Especially running and jogging 😅. You’re doing awesome mama
This is a good low impact workout even if you are not pregnant. The stretching is good for stress too. Also on a different subject try "Mother's Friend" stretch mark cream. It is very old but works.
Pls b careful of u have not got a regular workout routine. she has been working out most of her life so this shd be fine. If u have not been active please speak to a PT or gym instructor who works with pregnant women.
It is cool and funny how you can see that her baby is laying on one side of her stomach while she is working out. Moms deserve the world for carrying and then delivering because it is no joke.

People often make their kids hide themselves but the reality is they are part of everything we do and should not be made to disappear.

Also sis, since you love cardio, have you considered basic prenatal step aerobics? Nothing advanced while pregnant of course, but it definitely gets the heart rate up, plus stepping is sooo fun.😁 You'll find a video called 30 minute prenatal step bench workout right here on the tube. This is great. I especially love the burning arms workout. Tbh. I forgot about my arms a little bit ^^. I'm 33 weeks pregnant and love exercising throughout my pregnancy, it just makes me feel lighter and less bloated. I also like to walk in nature for at least an hour each day and play tennis twice a week. It has been a life saver! The days I sit too much I get really bad back pain, so it's enough motivation for me to move. Also my Doula told me to do at least 10000 steps each day, which has been a nice goal. Do you by any chance have some workout/stretching tips about upper back pain while sleeping? I feel like all my weight ends up there when I sleep on the side. Even with pregnancy pillow, extra pillows and stretching before bed.
Please, Please do more, I am not pregnant but these are excellent for women who want to go slow but steady. Keep Olympia in your videos, she's a great co-host! Much Love to you and your family.
