This is the year 1943.
Also, a few errors you made:
Ireland, Mongolia and Tannu Tuva were independent at the time, Italy had annexed the Dalmatian coast and technically had control over Montenegro and Greece, Bulgaria and Romania had more territory and you didn’t use the Nazel German flag (although that’s probably a good thing because I don’t want you getting demonetised). You also didn’t use the Imperial Japanese flag, but I’ll let that one slide since some people do the same thing.

I forgot I had more countries to do. I just thought that I should finish it soon. I forgot about Tannu Tuva I didn’t really think Italy would have a lot of the Balkan because the Germans took over these countries for them. I didn’t use the ww2 Germany flag and ww2 Japanese’s flag because I didn’t want to get called out. I thought it would be a bit offensive

Yeah I know. I forgot about Ireland. I couldn’t get Japanese land exactly on the mark
