Just watched the movie last night. I didn't realize how tightly I was holding to the people and things I love until now. I realize I need to let go and I think there will be tremendous relief and peace when I do.

I love every part of this session. I love the documentary as well. I have watched it several times. God is so amazing. The first time I watched it in the theater, I cried and cried. The staff just kept cleaning up around. I couldn't even move. When I was finally able to stand up, I walked into the hallway and cried some more. It was the ugly cry. I am certain people around me were confused. Lol! I have never been the same. I am a US combat vet and missionary. It spoke to me in so many ways. #lifechange
